Awful experience trying to communicate with Holiday Extras and Samarcanda Radiotaxi the day before the return journey home. Automation sending me round in circles referencing it being the other company's issue to address. Both companies were unhelpful and blaming each other for the lack of help. Disappointing experience and spoiled the start of my wife’s 50th birthday. A conversation with a human would be helpful and would improve the focus on customer service.

Appalling service- don’t use these people. None of the information they supply is delivered - the host wasn’t there, the phone number didn’t work, customer service didn’t respond. The host, when he finally arrived, was surly and inefficient

The taxi we booked a week in advance never showed up. We called two days before our departure to make sure everything was in place and Samarcanda's operator assured us the booking was confirmed and that they would send us a text message 15 minutes prior to the booked time to share the taxi's details. The text never came, they were not replying on the phone, I texted them through the dedicated WhatsApp number and they replied they couldn't find the booking and had no taxis available. I lost 30 minutes because of this awful service while I had a flight to catch. Horrible service, will never use it again.
