Only given one star as can't give zero. Total rip off, completely flat flip-flops advertised as archies. Do not buy as cannot return without paying the postage. Total waste of money!!!

Bought bras but wish I had read this first. Avoid, avoid, avoid. They will send you clearly badly sized items and then offer a small refund claiming the cost of postage (back to China) for a full refund would be prohibitive and that they wouldn't be liable if it got lost in the post. So you get a product that's useless and they keep the majority of your money.
Absolute scam company.

Not a company you can trust. They take your money and order and send a cheap substitute. They will not refund you or send the correct goods. AVOID.

100 percent SCAM. You will receive a cheap crappy item totally different to what you have ordered. This scam company must be taken seriously and get reported.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! There actually isn't anywhere I can give no stars!! I ordered 2 pairs of what this dreadfully, appalling company advertised as 'Archies' flip flops because I need the support of the arch of my foot! I ordered a black and a taupe pair and I received a black, flimsy, terribly made, a size too small, cheap plastic flip flop with the name 'Miles' on them which probably costs around 20p to make. The 2nd pair were a 💩 colour brown, same rubbish quality in a size too big! They have no name on them at all. When I asked how to return them for a refund they told me it would cost me more than the cost of the items I ordered to return them so they offered me first 20% off then when I complained again they said final offer 30% of the order!! This means I have lost out on £23.98 plus the £4.95 postage they charged me on top! False advertising at its best!!! Disgusting that they can get away with this! I don't have the money to buy the ones that I need to be able to walk properly in!! I'm angry and upset that they get away with this! Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be done to stop them please!!! There should be somewhere on here that I could put photos up to show people how bad they really are!!!

Ordered what they advertised as a pair of branded flip flops (Archies) - finally, after a month I received a delightful pair of cheap black flip flops! ! Should have known better! Avoid. I will contact Facebook - they really need to deal with these scammers!

Avoid this company, I bought pair of shoe , size difference between uk and china , although is uk size . Request exchange and complaint, there said I have to send it back to china by myself or keep it offer 20% rebate . What the point I keep it without fit it ?

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes by accident. Cancelled one pair within 3 hours (they say you have 12 hours to cancel). Was told item already despatched so couldn't cancel. Took more then 48 hours to tell me this. After reading reviews I don't want either pair now. Avoid this company like 5he plague.

I have just read the reviews which I wish I had done before I ordered as have now got items that are no good because they are way to small please do not buy from this company tried to find a return address but can’t find one

I’ve had two orders from this company now, and both have been fine. The first was a bra set - it’s excellent quality and I’m delighted. After I’d placed the second it took over a week to arrive, and I came here. I was horrified by the reviews, and I wondered if the shoes would even arrive. Well, they did. Yes, they’re obviously cheaply made, but then they were cheap to buy! But then they fit well, they’re comfortable and they look like the picture. Maybe I’ve been lucky, but I’ll be ordering another bra set from them and I’m perfectly happy with them.

Ordered Orthopaedic shoes which when they arrived were very poor quality, the soles were flat black plastic, so no grip for wet weather, there was no shape in the sole so no arch support, certainly not orthopaedic shoes. The uppers are poor quality and not likely to last long, a total waste of money. Wish I’d looked at these reviews before ordering. Would give 0 stars if possible, not even going to try sending them back after seeing other people’s comments.

Absolutely shocking company, they sent me the wrong size and then offered me 10% back and to keep the wrong size. I have spend a few days going back and fourth via email and they are adamant that they won't be giving a full refund until I send the product back even though they said at first how they won't risk paying for it to come back to them incase it gets lost in the post. So why should I risk sending it back and not getting my money back. Avoid this terrible company! The bras are so cheaply made anyway but the point is they sent me the wrong size.

Ordered ladies clothing and shoes but everything received was sized wrongly and of very poor quality.

Claimed via PayPal but still need to return the items to try and get a refund.

Sizes and items are not fit for purpose. Shipped inside the UK, but try to get returns sent to China. Do not buy from this company, you are wasting your money.

I ordered bras from Samirara.Com checked they could be returned before placing order. They arrived, not the ones I ordered. Sizing is completely in adequate, and they smell. I especially asked if the size they recommend to me, would fit and be uk correct sizing. I said I wanted to return them for refund, I asked if they are to be returned to the address they came from.A2 Dolphin Trading Estate Sunbury, they said No it had to be China. Their site says nothing under their return policy that items can only be returned to China. So surely Trading Standards can have them by law, because they are withholding the fact that returns can only be accepted by return to China. If that return fact was on their point of sale under whatever company they are working from at that point. They can have a no return policy, but all the facts regarding that has to be clearly seen by all buyers. So they should be held responsible for omitting the fact they only accept returns to China. Another name they have is Suamoment. Their customer services are either run by one person or a lot of people under the one name and email address. Which is Zahra Jamali it’s a gmail address which you will get full details from if you go onto one of their sites.

Don't buy anything!
The bra is without quality and if you want to do a refund nobody give you information or address offering only the 10% of the amount.
They do this to stole money.
