My first order it was a mix up with color and I had to cancel the order before it ship, which went smoothly money got reimbursed. Only negative comment was the wait to actually talk to someone was long. I went from next in line back to 5th a couple of times. I reordered and everything went well, shipment was fast. Happy customer.
