I purchased the TV GQ65S90DATXZG and I noticed that the frame was crooked. I contacted customer service on February 24, 2025, but since then, I had to constantly remind myself. I’ve made multiple calls with the customer service team, technical department, and even a manager. The manager start a return request on February 28, 2025, until today I didnt received instructions on how to return the TV.
Meanwhile, the price of the GQ77S95DATXZG model, which I wanted to order instead, has increased by €200. I also asked you several times about wall-mounting service, but nobody has provided me any information.
The overall customer service experience has been terrible—just endless apologies and, as a "compensation," a 10% discount on my next order !!!! joke to my face
I purchased a premium TV GQ65S90DATXZG and premium audio system (HW-Q995GD/ZG), expecting a high-quality experience. Unfortunately, my expectations have completely disappeared due to this frustrating process.

Samsung told me on the phone, that MY TICKET has the HIGHEST PRIORITY. Hermes arrived today 26.03. a month later, they thought the TV would be packed (the day before, the lady on the phone said that I only had to prepare an empty box - logically, if Hermes unpacked the TV on a cabinet, then when they come they will pack it back into the box) - how can I pack a 65 inch TV myself - I am REALLY disappointed with such amateurism from SAMSUNG company - because they sent information to HERMES

It is a scam. Send for trade in my samsung s20 for a 240 E price reductiin on a new s25 ultra. Came back saying is not good!!! No other explanation. Never buy directly feom samsung. First and last tome.

Bought the expensive S24 Ultra 6 months ago, got it stolen a month ago. Followed all the steps on Samsung Find to lock the phone, reported to Samsung which said they will lock the device so it cannot be used anymore with a Samsung account or from any partner.
I've been tracking the device for a month on Samsung Find. Now it suddenly disappeared even from my devices list, which even show old devices.
Tried contacting Samsung via Whatsapp chat, but they can't explain.
Looks like someone else was able to take over my device and Samsung simple allowed by removing from my list of devices.

I contacted the technical Support before creating this review. They told me that it is normal, the mobile phone was removed from my Samsung Devices, but that I can still see it on my Google devices.
That makes no sense.

"Extremely disappointed with Samsung’s terrible service! I purchased a Galaxy Book 4 Pro a few months ago, and after a software update, the battery started charging very slowly. It’s clearly a warranty issue, but the service center refused to repair it because of a minor display glass crack, which has nothing to do with the battery!
They forced me to replace the display first (₹37,000) before even checking the battery issue. Then they said the motherboard might need replacement (₹50,000). How is this fair for a laptop under warranty?
Samsung is scamming customers by making unnecessary repair demands and denying warranty claims! Never buying Samsung again! If you’re thinking of buying a Samsung laptop, stay away unless you want to be stuck with terrible after-sales service!"

I COULD NOT CHANGE THE COLOUT OF THE RING AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER; BEFORE THE TRING WAS DESPATCHED:
Samsung TV kept interrupting my viewing to ask if I wanted to upgrade my OS "for a better experience" , which I didn't. Finally I gave in just so it stopped asking me, and I told it to update while it was off.
Except it didn't wait until it was off, it just suddenly shut itself down and started updating whike I was in the middle of one of the best episodes of TV I've ever watched, Severance on the Apple TV app. The update took almost 15 minutes to complete, completely interrupting the flow of the episode, but then after the TV finally restarted, the Apple TV app completely stopped working! So not only was the update a horrible interruption, it was a complete disaster which is now preventing me for hours afterwards from accessing the one app I want to use! Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Apple TV app, still nothing. Tried resetting the Smart Hub, still nothing. What a horrendous update! And in general this whole One UI is awful, so slow and full of unnecessary things, not user friendly at all. Samsung TVs were so great when they used Android, what happened?? Why develop this awful OS instead?
