Ordered the Fold 7 and some other items direct from shop samsung app. I tried to cancel multiple orders and I noticed the only thing being canceled was the add-ons trials and the warranty (Adobe, Samsung Care+) — not the actual order. Support told me they couldn't stop it and that I should "refuse delivery."
Days later, the price dropped and the offer changed, and now I’m being told there’s nothing they can do. No price match. No adjustment. Just “return it and re-order” — but oh yeah, now they charge a restocking fee too.
Samsung is acting shady as hell with this new 5% return fee and bait-and-switch pricing. I have screenshots and a paper trail and will be pursuing a chargeback if they don’t make this right. The app glitches and doesn't properly apply samsung credit when your adding items to your bundle, making you end up paying more and dissappearing your credit (for example buying buds3 pro for 100% off when discounted, then using the remaining $167 of promotional credit to purchase a watch for $157, but it glitches and doesn't work.
This is how they treat someone whos been a samsung user since the note 5, since 2015.

I called 3 days ago I wanted to know. Why they have so many apps on my phone and wanted something done about removing some of those app they have over 300 apps and I only have. Under 100 and they have installed apps like modes which is to service your phone and basically follow you like a gps style app why is this necessary it'violatesy privacy thru don't need to know where I go and also I've gotten use to Google so I set up my phone with Google services well no matter what I do the phone resets back to Samsung and it's gotten very annoying I have the. G board for my keyboard. Cus Samsungs really sucks and I'll be I. The middle of something and it s we itches back to Samsung and all their apps are thf same way it's like I bought the phone but they think it's still theirs ,they were suppose to call me back that day as and this is the second call to no avail not to not to mention I'm constantly struggling with this phone it forces it's apps it s more vulnerable to hacking cuz they have lots of features like data sharing ,sharing fotos they even have one so I that you can use several. Devices on the same line but I only have one phone and been trying to turn those services off theyr installed like system apps you cdnt remove them as and all these apps use my data and I know it has nothing to do with services because my phone keeps getting hacked because of these features and check this phone they can hack the phone and your antivirus will not detect anything my phone has been overheated my screens jumping all over the place like when someone is going thru the phone my apps get stuck and even on my apps the ones I use they have certain features that I can't even disable or cut of data usage at that point their pretty much going thru my stuff I'm paying off or the data on their apps as and they are violating m uhh privacy so to y he r public youneed to double check you phones there are so many apps that you don't need and they are using them to spy. On you and they are using your data for their apps and your antivirus will not pick it up

Really appalled at the service from Samsung.
I purchased a Samsung washing machine in April 2024, and it has already started making a terrible noise when spinning. I contacted their customer service and spoke to an agent — it took over 15 minutes just to understand what I was saying, likely because English wasn’t their first language. The entire call lasted nearly an hour, and the experience was very unprofessional.
I had also arranged an engineer visit — recommended by Samsung — from a company called Elite. The engineer inspected the machine and said it was beyond repair due to broken ball bearings, but that it could be fixed for £500+.
Now, Samsung claims to offer a 5-year warranty, yet when I spoke to their agent, I was told parts had already been booked in — which made no sense, considering the engineer had said the machine was not repairable. I was left confused by conflicting information, and to make matters worse, no job note was left by the engineer.
It’s now been over 5 days, and Samsung still hasn’t gotten back to me. The machine remains broken, and I urgently need it because I care for my 90-year-old bed-bound father, who requires daily laundry. This situation has caused significant stress and inconvenience.
This is actually the second Samsung washing machine I’ve owned, and once again, I’m extremely disappointed. Their warranty terms are unclear, getting through to support is difficult, and when you finally do, communication is poor and frustrating. It feels like customer mishandling, not customer service.
Still waiting on a resolution. Be cautious if you’re thinking of buying from Samsung.

Samsung customer service terrible
Samsung customer service terrible. Rang about my phone still under warranty. Did not want to do anything, did not want to repair or replace it. Customer service agents (and I spoke to 5) had no knowledge of the phone and got really aggressive with me. Stay clear and don't buy a Samsung phone. Shockingly poor service and they wont fix it if its under warranty. Dont waste your money

First of all the phone doesn't respond to your touch if anything else is touching the screen, for example if you are hold you phone and any of your skin is touching the screen and you go to tap on an app it does nothing but piss you off, then it open windows you dont want open, it's brakes way to easy this phone is not worth 1200 dallors and I so want to sue to get my additional money back cause I've already went through 9 of these crappy phones, anybody to thinks different aren't very intelligent. Galaxy S 23 updates are terrible
The updates have changed.Many features of the phone to the negative. Turning off the phone is now very cumbersome. The screenshot function has disappeared and I cannot find how to even take.I don't do it. The dictation mode on the phone is totally inaccurate.

Can't give a minus 50. The new stepchild of samsung android phone is the s25plus. The phone will not autofill, loses saved phone numbers, and today quit facial recognition. Help is non existent. The tech support is hours of holding to reach a miscreant that acts like you are stupid, and drops calls. Horrible company, and now horrible products.

Il se trouve que j'ai eu besoin d'utiliser cette tablette il y a peu.
A ma grande surprise suite à l'obsolescence programmée de la tablette plus rien ne fonctionne (navigation internet, téléchargement d'apps etc)...
Si aucun geste n'est fait, je n'achèterai plus de produit Samsung (j'ai actuellement ma TV/mon téléphone et mon frigo de la marque).

In February I bought a S25 ultra on pre order, after writing a review on the phone I was supposed to get a free pair of ear buds which never arrived.
After phoning Samsung I was informed that I am not eligible for the buds because I did not put a code on the order, which I know I did. My nephew also ordered the same phone and the same happened to him with the exact same reason.
Will definitely NOT be buying from Samsung again

65" QLED TV les than 6 weeks old and a line developed on the screen plus the remote has failed numerous times.
Forget trying to navigate the over the phone diagnosis and repair guidance.
I have been told that an engineer would schedule an appointment to repair. ( I asked for a refund or replacement). I have been informed that SAMSUNG products carry a repair only to their products.
Looking at the amount of negative reviews I am pretty sure SAMSUNG are one of the worst if not "THE WORST" company to buy from and deal with.

Oven broke with in 2 months and online had to file for a repair under warranty
Disappointed as the oven is only 2 months old and thought it would be replaced
But subcontracted repair company came out within a week due to cancellation availability, repairs fast and working again!
Hopefully the replacement part lasts longer than 2 months …

I purchased a 43" smart tv for my wife. It is a beautiful tv but the instructions were too complex. I called customer service about the volume of the tone when we turn the set on and off. They needed a lot of information like the serial number etc. It would be very helpful if the instructins were clearer.

My son purchased me a stove from Home Depot and also purchased the extended warranty. I logged into my Samsung account to register the product, the website keeps freezing. Okay no worries, I’ll just call in. The automated system is annoying but finally get the system to understand I want to register a new product. After waiting for a call back, the representative states I can only register a product online. Huh? I’ve purchased many items and had no issues with calling in. I explain the website keeps freezing. He states it’s my internet. No sir everything else is working with no issues. Now he’s over talking me which pisses me off even more! I will Never purchase anything again that is tied to Samsung! Going to call Home Depot and find out their return policy for this stove!
