Poor technical support
I was trying to order the A57 mobile with a monthly plan. I used Martin Lewis's money saving expert website to find the mobile phone deal and the link took me through to the Samsung website. I was very happy with the deal but when I finished the application it would not proceed to payment, I tried a few times to find the problem but couldn't find it, so I called the Samsung helpline. I spoke to two agents and they weren't interested in fixing the problem, they wanted to sell me a different deal for their most expensive phone. I found the whole experience to be a total waste of time and very stressful. I have just ordered a Google phone because I don't think their technical support is good enough.

TV fine delivery not
Delivery team was not even aware that I paid to install new TV and and at the end they didn't install the TV. They were not able to carry the old TV to the truck (there were two gentlemen and one of them said that he doesn't have energy to carry the TV so I did this on his behalf - we were walking stairs and it was around 11am so one of first deliveries).
The only positive aspect is that new TV was not damaged in the transportation (I installed it by my own later).

the experience was great right from when i came across the website, researched my product choice and then leading to the eventual buy. Navigating the website was quite user friendly and the phone itself was as expected. Most important, i was surprised with the delivery as my package as my delivery came in way days ahead of the initial proposed date.

Installation also available for additional price but wall mount has to be purchased separately.
