We rented a van in Queenstown for 3 nights. Van was in fantastic condition, pick up and drop off were a dream and everyone was brilliant to deal with. Highly recommend.

Have just been reading some of the reviews posted online about Samuels Vehicle Hire. All I can say is ditto, ditto, ditto.
And absolute enjoyable experience in our 12 seater Sprinter van over 3 weeks touring both North and South islands.

Couldn't fault the service, communication or the minibus. Vehicle was very well presented and appointed. Becky was a delight to deal with, nothing was a problem for her and I was surprised how reasonable the hire fee was. I will be using they guys again

I recently hired a 12 seater Mercedes Sprinter from Samuels for a 10 man (X Large) to go to Taupo. The service from Becky and Will was exceptional and really helped with make the organization easy. The car itself was faultless, it was like business class on wheels. Many thanks team for making the transport part of the weekend so exceptional. Rented the 12 seater from Samuels and the whole experience was great. Pickup and drop off right on time and great communication all along.
The Van was very good and exceptionally well maintained.
This is the first time I am using Samuels and I am very impressed with the whole experience. Definitely this would be my first choice in renting 8 seater or above in the future. Highly recommended.

Excellent communication by Becky, and the staff was friendly upon pickup. We hired a 8 seater Mercedes Benz valente for 7 days as we had 6 people including 2 kids, easy to drive and very comfortable and spacious even we had lots of luggage, highly recommended and will use again if we going on another road trip.

Hired a 8 seater for our trip, van was very clean and new. Pick up and dropoff was amazing, Russ from queenstown was very friendly and accomodating.

I had never heard of this company before but highly recommend the Mercedes Sprint Vans they have for hire. We were told it was one of their older vehicles yet enjoyed a classy, spacious, comfortable two day hire of a 12 seater that had all the bells and whistles. We wanted a vehicle for a family of six adults with an average weight of 110kg, plus two extra larger adults and a one year old in a child's seat. We got more than we what we expected. The driver has full control of all the vehicles extras on the steering wheel; radio, phone, speedometer, cruise control, dashboard readings, plus easy access to the air con and other controls. Drivers seat moves forward and back, up and down, inclines and the steering wheel raises, lowers and extends. Passengers can stand fully erect inside the vehicle, the seats are very comfortable and there is a huge enclosed luggage compartment at the rear. Very easy egress to the vehicle with a extended footstep that automatically folds away when the door closes. I was able to leave my own vehicle at their premises under secure lock and key so no hassle with pick-up and drop-off. It was an expensive hire but definitely got more than what we paid for. I highly recommend this company for the quality of Mercedes Sprinter Van they hire.

It was wonderful experience with samuels vehicle Hire. I hired mini bus many times So i can say it is best company for hiring van. I really appreciate for over night reply by becky. If I talk about van it was new 2017 models Mercedes 17 seater. My all friends were happy as well for features of van and clean and tidy like brand new van. Also I would like to say thanks for pick up and drop facilities after hours. Overall best experience. I will definitely Hire next year, may be every year.

A very positive experience, great communication and all options explained very clearly. Always on time and a great van, perfect for our 9 Travellers. They helped us out; driving the van to Greymouth while the group experienced the TranzAlpine from Christchurch. Flavia and her husband and stayed in touch. The met us in Christchurch to pick-up the van. All and all a great retail experience.

Vehicle in excellent condition and good value for money. I really appreciated the customer service as the vehicle was dropped off to us at the Airport and again collected from there saving us a lot of time and convenience.

Fantastic luxury vehicle choice for a large group. Spacious luggage compartment along with plenty of inside room for extra bags and bits. Comfortable seats that recline so ideal for long trips. Very economical on fuel too!
Definitely recommended. Great company to deal with!
