Items are good but customer service is horrible

I ordered a month and a half ago and my item got stuck in customs. When I reached out to samurai drugstore they just asked me to reach out to customs. When I told them I needed their help with the order, they just kept telling me it was my issue and I needed to find out where the package was.

When I said I planned to dispute the charge if they didn't do something about the lost package, they finally offered to do something but it would take 2-3 months to resolve. My package eventually started moving again and got to me but I will not be ordering from this site again. The complete lack of accountability for the package and customer service is unacceptable.
