My journey and hair transplant procedure went very pleasantly and with the involvement of the attending physician, both before and after the procedure, I sincerely thank you and highly recommend it to others interested.

Great experience from the beginning, very professional, good communication throughout. The aftercare so far has been great aswell. If your thinking about any procedure then these I would fully recommend. All the best.

From the start I got to Luton airport fell asleep on the plane got to Istanbul were I was picked up from taken to hotel the following morning I was picked up and taken to the surgery and was having the operation for how ever long it took I fell asleep again then taken back to hotel and got flight home and then the after care is great I send pictures all most every day bet they got sick of that but I had to make it was going good and no problem I speak with selin and she is amazing any problem or worries I had she sorted out with out a problem and reply’s with in good time too all the staff there and at hotel are very helpful and food there and hotel was great too I would recommend sanmantum for hair transplant 10 stars all day long great value for money as well

Aftercare team are very responsive and always answered my questions although i felt a pain at times. The only think i would of liked and this is more to do with aftercare paperwork and, thats to know the maximum of what you are allowed to eat in one sitting. This would save alot of back and forth to aftercare team. Although, there is options I feel there should be more food options of what you can eat on each stage. This has caused me to research this and now im getting conflicting information from whats given to me to advice in uk. So, i probably say, to go more in depth with aftercare paperwork to prevent this. Overall from pre-op to post-op ive been treat incredibly well, surgeon explained the procedure plus, i had 2 further cisits by surgeon after surgery, iv meds, nurse care, discharged with meds, nice hotel and smooth transfers.

From start to finish this company has been great. The surgeon did the job well and even repaired a hiatus hernia. Gastric sleeve procedure went great and 3 months post op and everything has been excellent. The checks they do to make sure you are okay for surgery are fantastic. We don’t get heart scans on the nhs! Anyone on the fence about going here is say go for it. The hospital was clean and lovely and the staff was great. Kept my pain minimal and made sure to help me.

I recently had a hair transplant done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the very first consultation, the team was incredibly professional, honest, and supportive. They explained the entire process in detail and made me feel completely at ease.

The procedure itself was smooth and virtually painless. The clinic maintained high hygiene standards, and the staff were attentive throughout. After the surgery, I received clear aftercare instructions and regular follow-ups to monitor my recovery.

Sanamentum were reliable and attentive throughout the process. The hotel was first rate. Above all the surgeon seemed very skilled and did a great job. I’m happy with the result. Which is all that matters at the end of the day.
My procedure was a simple one. I had a blepharoplasy which they agreed to do under local anaesthetic so they were able to do it in the clinic and I didn’t have to stay in the hospital.
I will probably return at some point for a full facelift.

The surgeon and a few staff were very nice but the rest were very rude denying treatment for myself and ignoring my help calls.

Consulting from the UK, all process, hospitality, Op process, after care all are well organised and great communication.

I am currently 2.5 weeks post hair transplant surgery so please take this review in context. The staff have generally been amazing - pre booking, after I paid my deposit in early January 2025, all the way up to the date of the surgery, and post care. Very responsive and helpful. You can tell everyone wants to do a good job.

The surgery itself was long (7 hours total at the clinic) and the only pain I felt was during the local anesthetic injections and at a few times when the anesthesia wore off. You can simply ask and they will inject more.

Dr. Firat Siksik does a great job. He is there at the start doing the consultation, drawing the hairlines, and answering questions. You will have a translator with you during most of the time at the clinic. Dr. Siksik is "young" early 30s but has been doing this for 11 years. I had the pleasure of sitting with Dr. Siksik for 15 minutes after my surgery in the lounge/waiting area. This clinic is newish they were previously doing surgeries out of the Atlas University Hospital which is a private hospital. Dr. Siksik along with a few other doctors have started a new clinic. Dr. Siksik does one or two surgeries per day so this isn't a hair mill. He told me he works five or six days per week. If that's true he has performed over 5,000 surgeries in his career. He also made a nice comment complementing his staff. He stated he was lucky to have the team he does. You can tell this team works well together.

Dr. Siksik does the consultation, draws the lines, and checks in throughout the different steps if he isn't performing the step himself. One technician extracts the grafts from the back of your head (or your donor area wherever that might be). Dr. Siksik is in and out of the operating room checking to make sure everything is going as planned. The second step, Dr. Siksik performs himself, which is to "make the holes" where the grafts are implanted. The first two steps are "short" probably 2.5 hours in total. Then you take a break and they feed you, washroom break, etc. The third step of implanting the grafts is then performed by two technicians in my experience. You may only have one on this step depending on how many grafts. I had 4,500 grafts I certainly needed two otherwise I would've been there all night. The third step is the most tedious and it took approximately 3 hours.

Since the surgery I have followed their instructions and am healing well. The scabs came off day 12 and 13, and I am improving every day. You have to remember this is still a significant surgery and you will need to rest and expect to be sore (the nerves are healing) and tired by the end of the day. This can last for many months based on what I've read.

For the cost this has been an exceptional result so far. I hope the end result is as good as the experience so far. I didn't only go to Turkey because of the cost. I wanted a surgeon and clinic that was performing the surgery thousands of times, continually being able to improve their technique and result for their patients. At least in my limited research you don't get this in North America (Canada and the USA) since the cost is very high (up to 5 times) and they aren't performing the surgery as often as the clinics in Turkey. See for yourself the results from North America compared to Turkey. There are thousands of posts online.

Finally, I have a few complaints which do not take away from the overall experience. Nothing is perfect in my life experience. 1) The translator left with almost 3 hours left in the surgery and I was having some pain at one point. It was difficult to communicate to the technicians I needed more anesthesia. This was a little frustrating. 2) I was expecting to have the surgery at the Atlas University Hospital but was taken to this "new" clinic. Coming from half way around the world to a place you're unfamiliar with is scary enough. I wish they had communicated more with me about where I was going the day of the surgery. 3) The technicians essentially stopped working at 430pm on the dot. When the second hand ticked over to 430pm the surgery was over. I hope there wasn't anything more that could've been done. It sure looks like everything was done. It just seemed odd to me that the surgery was over exactly at 430pm.

I recommend this clinic (and specifically Dr. Siksik) to all my family and friends and whomever wants to hear my story online.

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your clinic. Despite providing detailed information about my health conditions during our initial conversation and submitting the necessary medical certificates, I was subjected to redundant tests upon arrival. This not only wasted my time but also incurred additional unnecessary expenses.

The lack of communication and professionalism displayed by your team was appalling. The doctor and hospital management treated me with a disturbing lack of consideration and humanity, as if my condition was something to be feared or avoided. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory.

The £280 I paid is insignificant compared to the negative impact this experience has had on my perception of your clinic. I will not hesitate to share my disappointing experience with my network in London and Portugal, which includes several individuals interested in similar surgeries. Your clinic will not receive a recommendation from me.

I hope you take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve your service and treatment of patients.

Please read what I have said below and avoid! I had a hair transplant at Sannamentum in February 2023. I mainly had my crown and some front areas as my recipient area. It has now been two years after the surgery and it is very apparent that Sannamentum overharvested the donor area. This is not just my opinion but also the opinion of the UK-based doctor that Sannamentum themselves advised me to visit for PRP therapy. In retrospect, during the surgery, I’m pretty sure, the people tending to me were inexperienced technicians with one doctor overseeing multiple operations, which is why the cost is low. Moreover, the crown, which was the main recipient area has not been carried out very well at all; it is still balding. In short, there was very little benefit of this surgery and instead, the hair on the sides of my head is irregular and will affect my ability to have any future surgeries. Sannamentum, when I told them these concerns over the last two years, have been incredibly deceitful and unhelpful. They kept insisting that they hadn’t made any mistakes (that this is not a case of overharvesting) and that what the pictures show is completely natural, instead insisting I buy Hirudoid cream or get PRP therapy, the majority of which I paid for. They are now telling me to get Stem cell injections and to consider another hair transplant with them, both of which they are not prepared to pay for. There must be better clinics than this in Turkey! Do not trust them as there is no guarantee, honor, or integrity in their work. They were very good at getting me to pay a deposit and commit to going with them at the beginning. Please do not do this and avoid them at all costs! I couldn't upload pictures, but I've left a google review which has pictures proving the above

I am 6 months post gastric sleeve surgery and have lost 42.5kg so far. I have been very pleased with the care and customer service provided and would highly recommend sanamentum

I got in touch with sanamentum about 6 months ago , the quote I had was in my opinion cheap and wasn’t quite sure at the beginning. My first point of contact was Berkay medical consultant and I really asked him thousands of questions, since I was very unsure , but he made me feel very comfortable and convinced me to go thorough and get it done . Paid the deposit in January 2025 and asked them if I can do the surgery later but not sure when since my work schedule is very busy . I contacted them again in 7th of may and asked if I can get the hair transplant done on the 24th of may at this point I was in contact with Efe travel coordinator and only 10 minutes after I got an answer that could be done in the day I asked . Travelled to Istanbul and wasn’t expecting everything to be so smooth and they do actually answer all the questions straight away , a driver was waiting for me at the airport and went to hotel . Everything felt so close 30 min drive and we went to Rox hotel , very good and clean hotel. I also wanted to stay one extra day and not only 2 nights and they happily sorted that for me with the hotel without me having to deal with that . day one is resting day so I had a chance to go a bit around and enjoy Istanbul. Day 2 been picked up from hotel and went to the clinic the doctor asked me what I wanted and we went through everything before starting the operation. Everyone was very helpful and gone all very well . Again been picked up from clinic back to hotel and next day back to clinical for a wash and check up . They actually are there for you all the time from my experience even if the driver is 5 minutes late they would message and let you know I’m amazed and very satisfied from their customer service . And after everything is done and I’m back to uk form yesterday Anil who is the aftercare specialist been constantly in touch with me for whole last few days answering straight away to all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend them 100% reallyyy good price and very very professional is worth it

Booked my husband in with Sanamentum to have the gastric sleeve surgery done. All went well with the surgery found a few problems on his pre op which the doctor explained it all to us and told us to get it investigating when back home.
The company was amazing the only issue we had was having to wait for nearly 2 hours at the airport for our transfer to the hotel. Apart from that all went well..

After a lot of research sanamentum have been my go to for hair transplants and I could not be happier.! From easy airport pick up to clinic cleanliness every detail has been thought and planned like a well oiled machine.! I could not recommend them more staff very friendly excellent value for money and my amazing aftercare team.!!
