I agree with the negative opinions of other customers. In the same online store, but on the Slovenian domain sanasport.si, I purchased a pair of New Balance Hierro trail running shoes in November 2024. Since the shoes were a bit too big, I returned them within 14 days. Now, I am left without the shoes and without my money (approximately 85 euros).

Despite multiple emails requesting a refund, they never responded. I also contacted their company in the Czech Republic, but they did not reply either.
Theta deserve 0 stars.
In short, I strongly advise against purchasing from this store.

Tennis shoe was ordered in September 2024, no delivery since. Hungarian website disappeared from web. Never trust the company.

Please, don’t trust this scam company. They ignore every customer. No delivery, no information, no money return…..

I paid sneakers, but two months later I still haven't received anything. They don't answer mails.

For over a month I am waiting to receive volleyball snickers. No feedback, no information, nothing. They do not respond, as if they don’t exist. If I don’t get feedback from Slovenian office, i am calling Czech office. They need to respond, if such bad publicity goes out, they can close the business.

Do they even exist? Their website is no longer in service, I don't get any answer on my mails...
Afraid my order will NEVER arrive...

I am fighting since weeks to get my money back for a returned item. Customer service is seemingly friendly, but only keeps stalling and asks the same questions over and over again. They claim the package did not arrive, when I have proof via DHL that the package was delivered. Have not gotten my money back after 2 months.

I do not recommend shopping in this store. 2 weeks ago I placed the order, no update. After contacting the support I was told that they have an issue with the supply, they haven't processed the order and don't know when they will do it. For 2 weeks they were unable to properly communicate that to me. Because of that delay, I was unable to get the gear I needed for the race in time. Thanks for the terrible service
