The experience was very poor
The experience was very poor, the bag itself is decent though. The reason I rated it poor is after paying just under £50 for shopping there was so much problems from the shipping company TNT. Speaking to TNT they would blame Sandee and vice versa Sandee blamed TNT. I'm pretty sure TNT were at fault but unfortunately Sandee chose to use this company and therefore trust them with your reputation and customers. So it's not enough for me to simply say it isn't our fault it's theres. If TNT are at fault it is still your issue. Anyway eventually my item got shipped and arrived. The bag itself is good quality. However one huge disappointment is on the website it shows nothing regarding the chains on the bag. I was expecting there to be a connection on the chain as most bag chains have so it can be hung straight away however the way the chains are I had to order a seperate swivel connection to hang the bag, now I've hung the bag but it's sitting wonky so I have to further look to purchase more to cater for this. Really such a minor detail that I would not expect Sandee to have missed.
