Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. You have to wonder if this company actually want to sell you shoes at all. I rang them about the Braemar Brogues on a Thursday. "Not in stock but we'll order them in, should have them by Saturday". Saturday comes and goes so I ring them again on Tuesday, same spiel with apologies for not ringing me. "They don't have them but will chase it up and definitely ring you one way or the other". So, its now another Saturday, 9 days later, I've rang them twice enquiring about shoes, twice they have assured me they will contact me and twice they have failed to do so. This is rubbish, a rubbish service from Sanders main London shop. If this Sanders you can shove it in a very dark place
