Værelset var både uhumsk, beskidt og fugtigt, og der var lugtgener af skimmelsvamp. Service var beskidt og mangelfuldt. Efter første overnatning havde min hustru og jeg begge en kraftig hovedpine, hvorfor det stod klart for os at vi måtte forlade stedet. Træværket på fællesområdet var råddent med store huller i til stor fare for børn og voksne. Sandkås Feriecenter er det værste vi har prøvet, og ikke nok med at de har frarøvet os penge så har de også ødelagt vores ferie på Bornholm. Vi har anmeldt Sandkås Feriecenter til de respektive myndigheder.

The room was both filthy, dirty and with odor nuisances of mold. Service was dirty and deficient. After the first night, my wife and I both had a severe headache, so it was clear to us that we had to leave the place. The woodwork in the common area was rotten with large holes in it to great danger for childrens and adults. Sandkås Feriecenter is the worst we have tried and not only have they robbed us of money, they have also ruined our holiday on Bornholm. We have notified Sandkås Holiday Center to the respective authorities.

Das Zimmer war dreckig, schmutzig und feucht, und es gab Geruchsbelästigungen von Schimmel. Der Service war schmutzig und mangelhaft. Nach der ersten Nacht hatten meine Frau und ich beide starke Kopfschmerzen, sodass für uns klar war, dass wir den Platz verlassen mussten. Die Holzarbeiten im Gemeinschaftsbereich waren verrottet mit großen Löchern, was eine große Gefahr für Kinder und Erwachsene darstellte. Sandkås Feriecenter ist das Schlimmste, was wir je versucht haben und sie haben uns nicht nur Geld geraubt, sondern auch unseren Urlaub auf Bornholm ruiniert. Wir haben Sandkås Feriecenter den zuständigen Behörden gemeldet. Sendt fra min iPhone.

I bought a deal from sweetdeal.com for 3 nights including 2 retter brunch and 3 retter dinner at Sankås ferie center. Unfortunately, for the first time i bought any deal from Sweetdeal.com. It was a birthday gift to my husband and turned out to be a complete nightmare. The person running this Center is a fraud. I booked the dates of my arrival in advance but when I reached there with my husband at the ferie Center it was closed and shut down including reception and cafe Nuno. We felt that no one has been there at this place since ages. When we called Thomas the person running this Center he said “Oh is that today you were suppose to arrive, I forgot. I am having some personal problems in my life”. We had no car and he told us to wait for an hour. There were no place to sit and it was raining badly and started to get dark as we reached there around 04:30pm. Mr. Thomas came an hour later and told us that he will shift us somewhere else as this place is completely dead. By then we were standing and waiting for him( after a tiring journey from Copenhagen) We had no option than to say yes to his offer and he moved us to a hostel in Nexø. First he mentioned that he will bring breakfast and dinner for us at the hostel as it was part of the sweet deal package but next morning at 9 he called and said that he cannot come we can go and have hostel’s breakfast. When we went down hostel’s staff mentioned that they need to be informed a day earlier for the breakfast as there is no breakfast but later they said, yes to it and asked us to wait for 45 minutes and we finally got our breakfast at 10 in the morning. Thomas then called us and told us that he will return us some money back to have dinner outside as he cannot bring 3 retter menu and offcourse, we said yes as we had no choice and we end up spending more as the money he returned was not enough to have proper dinner. We wanted to live in Allinge but he shifted us to Nexø in s hostel.
Please do not book this place. The person is a fraud and there is a scam going on at this place. Authorities should seal this place.
