WARNING TO PROPERTY BUYERS AND SELLERS IN DIANI BEACH
A deeply disappointing experience that raises serious concerns about the professionalism, transparency and business practices of this real estate agency.
Respect for property owners appears to be seriously lacking. Property viewings may be arranged without proper prior notice, showing little consideration for owners and their privacy.
Even more concerning is the apparent use of properties listed for sale as showrooms. Potential buyers are shown existing houses, their architecture and design, while similar construction projects may then be offered at significantly lower prices.
There is also a worrying tendency to push property prices down to secure quick sales rather than genuinely working to achieve the best possible value for sellers.
This raises a fundamental question: whose interests is this agency really protecting?
Other people in the Diani community have also expressed concerns about its business practices, suggesting these frustrations may not be isolated.
To sellers: be extremely careful about who you trust with your property. Your home should never become a marketing tool for competing projects or be undervalued simply to close a quick deal.
To buyers: question exceptionally attractive offers, verify every promise and do your own research before investing.
Trust, honesty and integrity should be the foundation of any real estate business.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me with very little confidence in this agency.
