Brilliant service again from Sandmheating. Arrived quickly, sorted the fault whilst answering my many questions at the same time. Trustworthy, experienced, efficient and very competitive pricing.

Really top class and efficient service. Came to an emergency call out before new year and sorted it out quickly. Yesterday did a thorough boiler service and replacement of some parts. Also sorted out a faulty radiator. Shamim is courteous, reliable and professional. Would highly recommend.

Super professional, punctual and trustworthy service. Have used his services for many years now. Today first he did the boiler service and completed the job very professionally, answered my questions and offered practical advise. He also fitted a bidet in my toilet and honestly it was pretty tricky with limited space to manoeuvre. This skilful tradesperson made it look so easy as we chatted along during the installation process. Most importantly Shamim is extremely patient, kind and not in a rush to finish. Extremely well trained and I would highly recommend him.

I first made contact with Shamin of S&M during the February 2012 Covid 19 period to replace my old gas boiler. He promptly gave a detailed plan, estimated price and a start date was agreed. Shamin keeps all his promises, he explains all questions, is courteous and polite and observes prevailing H and S precautions.
Shamins productivity is excellent to have completed all the work, tested and cleared away within his time schedule and price.
As a further example of a desire to give satisfaction , he volunteered to complete all the resulting admin etc for us.

I had my annual boiler service done by S&M heating. I am very happy with the service. They did the service much more thoroughly and communicated much better than British Gas and Homesrv whom I used in the past.
