Arrogant sales people
I rang to organise a test drive having previously bought a car there. The salesman told me it might take a few days to organise and sent me a video message including the date. We turned up and gave our names to the reception person, nothing happened for 30 minutes so I asked for him by name. Another person came after 10 more minutes, made no apology just that the car was elsewhere. I rang Mercedes Brooklands and arranged to test drive the same car 90 minutes later and have now bought that car. Pure arrogance.

I had a very positive experience from start to finish.
I dealt with Ellios, who was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. What I appreciated most was that I never felt like he was simply trying to sell me a car. Sometimes with salespeople, you can feel that their main priority is making a sale rather than finding the right car for you, but I never got that feeling with Ellios. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and was genuinely helpful throughout.
Although Ellios is relatively new to Mercedes-Benz, he was very professional, knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy and comfortable.
Overall, I was very happy with the service from Mercedes-Benz. The attention to detail and the way everything was handled really stood out. I would definitely recommend Ellios and the team to anyone looking to buy a Mercedes-Benz.

Unfortunately I had to deal with multiple salespeople which made the experience difficult. I now realise a lot of options had never been raised with me before purchase.

Shocking service
I have had my car booked in for its MOT for over a month now. I received a call at 5pm today saying that my MOT was cancelled for tomorrow as they don’t have a license from DVLA. I am now frantically trying to find someone who can do it for me. I’m really appalled that they would book me in knowing they didn’t have the required paperwork, and I now have only a week before my MOT expires. And even worse, they called to cancel in less than 24hrs. I will now take my business elsewhere… for good.
