The level of Customer Service at Hindhead Mercedes is amazing. The friendliness and professionalism of all the staff is outstanding. I was served by Connor from start to finish he was brilliant I’ve had really bad experience with cars and he really put so much effort into making sure I got the right car ,
The whole process was so simple he remembered the times I had work so he made sure to call after work every last thing he sorted I didn’t have to worry about nothing all services sorted and everything explained fully he was happy to help at any time I really appreciated it and made my mum and me and dad very welcome would highly recommend.

Love the team at Hindhead. Always there to help. They come and collect my cars for servicing and MOT, etc. Really good customer service. Cars always immaculate upon return which is a bonus!

The team at Hindhead are fantastic
The team at Hindhead are fantastic. I'm on my own and without their collection and delivery service I would find it very difficult to get my car to them, and this is a free service.
I always feel they have my best interests at heart and trust them implicitly. They never speak to me like an unknowing idiot like some garages, but take the time to explain everything and check I fully understand with courtesy and respect. And as a bonus my car comes back looking like new! I can't praise them highly enough!

Excellent service
I have had my A250E plug-in hybrid just under 18 months. Service from Sandown Hindhead has been faultless. My add-on Mercedes dash cam was behaving strangely; a major software upgrade was indicated. The car was collected at the agreed time, the work done, and the car, having enjoyed a wash and brush-up, returned on time. I am as pleased with the dealer as I am with the car.
