This was some of the worst quality…

This was some of the worst quality printing and customer service that I have ever dealt with. First of all, Sand Scripts printed the wrong image on my order of custom towelettes. This wouldn't be a huge issue, but they refused to refund me and asked me to pay an additional fee of $35 to have the items reprinted with the correct image. The real kicker though is that the misprinted towelettes are TERRIBLY printed, and are covered in smudges and smear lines. I am not one to write reviews, but I felt I had to because this is probably my worst experience with ordering anything off of the internet. 0/5 stars.

WARNING!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Sand Scripts has provided the WORST customer services I have ever experienced as a consumer. I suppose I should write my review like Mrs SHEA to make my points as SHE likes to accent her statements by PUTTING THEM ALL IN CAPS. I see in the reviews and complaints put here by other customers that she is still argumentative and exercises the CAPS BUTTON frequently. I purchased a bib for my father for Christmas and the quality was absolutely awful. Mrs Shea emailed me back about how the quality was FANTASTIC and GREAT and there is a disclaimer about it not being perfect and blah blah blah and I approved the proof and blah blah blah. I sure did approve the proof. the proof looked great. The end product on the other hand was missing patches of ink so there were white spots all over the image. I was unable to contact anyone by phone or by live chat. I tried multiple times over different time periods and not once did anyone answer or was available for live chat. I suspect that is just on their website for show. After arguing with the owner about the quality of the product in emails I was granted a replacement bib that she made sure I knew was given to me out of COURTESY, it too is very low quality. I have ordered products before from companies that print images such as 48 hour print, Zazzle... and their products turn out actually FABULOUS and their customer support is WONDERFUL. If there are any concerns about the print they will give you a FRIENDLY call and or email and express any concerns they have with printing for you and will give you the honest response if they don't think it will turn out good. Sand Scripts just prints it knowing it is low quality and gives it to you anyway and hides behind YOU AGREED TO THE PROOF AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I would be incredibly embarrassed if I handed out a product like the one I received. I got engaged over this Christmas break so I will be looking for a company who can personalize items. I would have brought more business to this company if it wasn't for their rude customer service and low quality products. These people need to go through customer service classes and printing classes and yes the customer ISN'T ALWAYS RIGHT but neither are you. We as consumers do have options out there for shopping and being extremely rude is not going to create more business for you its going to only hurt your business.

Staaaaay Away

Their response to my request for a tracking number.

I'm the business owner who answered the phone and heard the grumblings of an old man who obviously has no time or energy to monitor emails or the integrity to make a pleasant request. Your call has kept and catalogued for harassment. It will be used to press charges should you attempt to communicate with my company ever again. You were bizarrely out of line and over the top. Your erratic behavior is very concerning. I'm glad that I took the call and heard your escalation of your simple request myself instead of one of my employees taking your disgusting call. I would have hardly believed someone explaining your shameful rage over a package that shipped well ahead of time and a simple tracking number request. Sadly, I fear especially from your tattle tale email below that you obviously excite yourself bossing around what you preceive as lesser employees, a receptionist, any human being is not deserving of the verbal lashing you unleashed upon me this morning. Tracking has been requested from shipping and will be resent. Do not contact us again. Cease and desist immediately.

Product Good - Customer Service far from par

The ordering process and product itself was very simple and easy. However, the customer service following the event was pretty awful. We had been in contact for proof approval and questions had while in production. However, no one reached out to me when they had decided to ship at a faster rate than selected for more money. This would have been fine had they reached out to me to discuss and for us to decide that was the appropriate charge but felt a bit blindsided by it especially since we had been in communication. When I reached out expressing my desire to discuss, I was responded with very curt emails that were frankly just rude.

terrible customer service

Ordered 80 bibs for are wedding. Recived the bibs a month late because they said they had a computer glitch and sent them as someone else's order. Then on top of that I had chosen usps first class for shipping and they where sent out ups. With ups I received a $77.28 c.o.d charge. When I called the sand scrips to resolve the problem they hung up on me.

My personalized bibs and a free apron too!

This company knows bibs and customer service. At the last minute, we decided to look for bibs for our lobster rehearsal dinner. I found Sand Scripts and they printed them very quickly and we got them in time. I love these cute little bibs, they were a fun addition to our holiday event. I talked to Suzanne on the phone, we got to talking about all kinds of stuff, she was so helpful and to my surprise, she sent an apron custom printed with our design as her special gift to me. I will cherish it always. Thanks Sand Scripts - I'll let you know when our other son is getting married and it will be earlier so you don't have to rush. Happy New Year!

Avoid Like the Plage

If I could give them less than one star, I would. Avoid at all costs. Ruined my wedding invitations. They don't answer their phones; emails are rude and unprofessional. Terrible customer service. This business is terrible, terrible, terrible. Read their reviews on other websites first; seriously, very bad service and poor quality printing. Worse than F- in all categories.

2 weeks, not shipped, can't talk to anyone!

Subject says it all - we ordered 100 cards two weeks ago - nothing custom - and it hasn't even been shipped yet! We called up repeatedly and every time (even when we try to get through using 'place a new order') we end up getting a message saying 'please email your inquiry and we'll get back to you. Service is terrible!! Why have a phone number if you don't answer it? And GET THE FRICKIN CARDS OUT!!
