I’ve had a fabulous experience with Sandstone Supplies. Their customer service has been five star. We found a garden furniture set we loved but couldn’t get it locally and despite being significantly out of normal delivery distances, Liz and team were tenacious at finding a solution. Liz was a pleasure to deal with, super responsive and very professional. We received our furniture today and are incredibly happy with it. Thank you!

I have previously used Sandstone supplies for an order for a client and they were great, however on needing some more black slate cladding the same as the previous order to match and other area my client wanted tiled, they were out of stock we had no choice but to order pay and then wait for the order to come in as we wanted to make sure it matched the current area.

i ordered in September 2025 and was told November delivery never nothing and was told January, jan nothing but will definitely be Feb, ......... you get the picture as it was winter my client was happy to have to wait to get the same match.

However sandstone supplies never seem to have any idea what was going on they kept referring to Liz the owner who was meant to be finding out what was going on and nothing ever seem to happen no one knew what was going on and often had to keep calling rather than get a call back.

They were supposedly on a boat on there way, then when the war started i was told oh well its the war holding up shipping, well this boat much have been round the world by now.

i rang up to get a refund and was finally told that it would defiantly be in next week in May 2026 ready for delivery!! sure enough nothing turned up and then 3 more phone calls later while staff seem to try and get some answer out of the owner Liz which i never got i just just gave up and asked for my money back as i had now found a viable alternative to use to match anyway.

I got a refund next days. Clearly there never was an order on a boat and they just took the money in September 2025 hoping they would find a supplier and not lose business.

but in doing this i would now never use or recommend this company wasted far to many hours chasing to get no results.

I can highly recommend another company who had the same stock and when contacted discounted to be cheaper too and avialable for delivery in 2 days i should have got my money back months ago. Luckily my client is patient and understanding

I fell this company lead me on with the order and it appears from another review this is not the first time.

Ordered 3x bulk MOT Type 1 on Sunday evening and was delivered Wednesday. Super quick response on email (Jemma was lovely), enquired about needing to be in for delivery and was told its fine for them to be dropped off following any delivery requests I had. Replied with instructions of where I preferred and these were followed by the driver. Would recommend buying from here!

Everyone I spoke to at Sandstone Supplies was helpful, pleasant, friendly and just generally great. Honestly a pleasure to deal with. The advice and knowledge from everyone to help get our project completed was invaluable.

It was a big driveway job and whenever we needed to adjust the order or change delivery dates they did whatever they could to accommodate us.

The fact the prices were super competitive was also a nice little bonus 😄.

Came gave us a very competitive quote. They could start the job in a few days. The guys came as arranged and knew exactly what was required of them and got on with the job creating a beautiful tarmac drive that was finished in 3 days!.

Can’t rate this company enough. We visited the showroom to look at paving for our rear garden. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable on the products and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend. Thank you

I bought some porcelain tiles from sandstone supplies, from coming in to he showroom to delivery the service was fantastic! Staff was really helpful and patient as it was a hard decision to choose the perfect tile with such a wide range. Delivery was quick and efficient.

Outstanding company with staff that are very knowledgable about products they supply! The show garden is amazing with a large variety of different paving to choose from. Staff are always on hand to help customers quickly and efficiently.

Drove past their new showroom on the A49 and was impressed, visited and received some great advice and direction from the staff for my planned work. Bought some porcelain the delivery was quick. End result is fantastic, would highly recommend.

A bit 50/50 of a company. Sometimes the service is great, sometimes they mess you around for weeks.

The owner Chris must have promised me 50 times he would send me out samples after me chasing up multiple times... Never happened. Same story with getting orders in... Always had an excuse, never a solution.

The slabs themselves are grand but the CS is questionable at best.

Superb family business, delivered as promised, no damage to sandstone. Builders are impressed with the quality and colour of the yellow mint smooth.
Will definitely use again.

Great service, great knowledge, great delivery, whenever I phone or message I always get a quick reply, they always take the time to advise on the best options to go with your choice.

SSUK were very helpful in advising us about the wall cladding product we purchased from them. From placing the order through to delivery everything went smoothly which is saying something in the middle of a pandemic. They even made us up a sample panel for the planners, nothing was too much trouble. Friendly and knowledgeable it is well worth a visit to their show garden to see the products on offer.
