Thoroughly love this pillow.
The packaging is really nice and well designed. So much so that I am now using it as underbed storage for my summer clothes. It zips up into a nice storage box shape and keeps everything dust free.

The pillow was vacuum packed but not so much that it was completely flattened like a rock. I did allow time for the pillow to reach its full shape before using and putting into the zip up pillowcase included with the purchase.

I have now been using this for just over a week and I am not disappointed. I suffer with fibromyalgia and struggle to find a comfortable sleeping position so cuddling up to this really helps to relieve the pressure on my legs and supports my body.

I also hurt my back on Sunday and the only comfortable position I could get into whilst recuperating, was using this to wrap around me to support my neck, shoulders and arms whilst resting in bed. It felt like a wrap around arm chair.

This would be a great addition if you need to remain propped up whilst sleeping.

Note, there is less padding in the bottom half of the J shape. I assume this is intentional as it wouldn’t be as comfy between the knees if it had the same amount of padding all the way around.

Purchased a pillowcase from this company, and the quality was exceptional. Unlike previous U-shaped pillowcases I bought, which were too small for my U-shaped pillow, the Sanggol U-shaped pillowcase was precisely the size as advertised.

The hardest company to deal with I have ever encountered. Order a U shaped pillowcase , Large, white. They sent one X Large, pink. Told them this, they sent me a prepaid postage label to print and return it, but it was addressed to some random person's address, not them. Told them this, they said it's fine, send it. I had to convince them that if I stuck an item in the post with a label on addressed to a lady in Hove, it would go to the lady in Hove and not somehow miraculously to their returns address in Rochester. Eventually they agreed but had to reorder the returns label. Eventually sent them the pillowcase back, heard nothing for so long, gave up, eventually they sent a replacement but by now we'd moved, so didn't receive it. OK, I thought, that's kind of my fault, so ordered another one. Had an email saying it's now out of stock in white, would you like the pink. I replied fine, Pink in the right size is ok. Heard nothing. Received a new email saying it's out of stock, I can wait two weeks or have it in pink 10% off. A bit exasperated, replied saying I've already been through this, I don't need the money off, I just want any colour pillowcase, large, please send it..... and now I've heard nothing for 3 weeks

Got a U shaped pillow years ago and recently got another. They are amazing!

Loved my pillow while pregnant but the zip failed on the case. 06/09/22 Ordered a new pillowcase. It never arrived. Chased via the chat function and by email multiple times. Cannot get hold of anyone, no response by email. Product never arrived!!

I ordered 12/6/22 i have still not recieved my items, or any dispatch notification its now 9/7/22. There has been no contact with seller, they ignore my emails, the webchat on their site you can literally leave open all day and never get a response (i have multiple times). Now having to pursue getting my money back via paypal.

I have a v shaped pillow for my fibromyalgia and it really helps me get comfortable for a night's sleep. Trustworthy company

I find it hard to get comfortable or get good sleep when flying. The Sanggol flight neck cushion is the best. And it can be used on any long car/coach or train journeys.

Sangol pillows, maternity pillows and travel neck pillows are great. They are soft and provide great comfort. They are also very durable. My family and I have used their neck pillows for years and they are still as soft and good as when we first purchased them.

Wonderful brilliant for rheumatic problems

I bought my friend one of the j shaped pillows for use whilst she was pregnant, it was fantastic, really adaptable and able to be used in various positions when her hips were hurting and pelvis needed support. Very fast delivery and super quality.

We have been using Sanggol pillows for few years now and find them amazing and durable. They have made our sleep better, watching TV in bed and our necks so much better. I trust this company.

I received a maternity pillow or my wife, when it had arrived it appeared to have a blood stain that was not stated or shown in the picture, I have contacted sanggol and had no reply apart from asking me to review there product. Very disappointing

beat pillow ever, i can't live without it

Terrible customer service. This is my first time ever writing such a review. I had ordered directly from the website in the hope to receive good customer service and quick delivery as opposed to 3rd party such as Amazon. Website had a countdown clock stating if you order within next few hours you would receive your order by Saturday. In my case I had ordered on the Monday. Saturday came and I still got nothing. I sent email but received no response in fact still haven't. Monday I called, got an international dial tone. Tuesday I called only to receive customer service from a rude woman, when I told her about the clock on the website her abrupt answer was well that shouldn't be on there and how the items are same on Amazon and I could have ordered on there. When I explained I needed the pillow urgently and was hoping ordering it direct would be quicker she then asked how many weeks pregnant I was, almost as though trying to determine whether I need it or not at this point i was fuming and her way to cover it was that she was making conversation in a very condescending manner. Anyways after all that I got "another" sent out to me and I received it in 2 days. Funny because I only got notification of my original order being dispatched after I spoke to the lady on the phone.

We have bought 2 x body pillows and 1 x extra long body pillow, also extra pillowcases, really pleased with them all. Pillowcases are good quality and wash well and fit well.

I would normally put zero stars! I placed an order of a full body pillow 2,5 months before my delivery date because I had trouble sleeping comfortably...Everything seemed fine! 4 days later I received an email from their customer service saying that there has been a refund and nothing else, no reason nor any explanation. Of course I tried to contact them to find out what happened, in case I did something wrong, in order to get the product. Weeks passed but they never replied, so I didn't bother to place a new order! 1,5 months later, they sent me another email saying that the product has been shipped... I mean wth? I'm delivering really soon so I won't be needing the pillow any more, thus I'm not going to get the product even if it arrives so they sent it back! I am really frustrated, this has never happened to me before!

I have received the wrong size, xl instead of regular and the extra pillow case I had ordered was not in the package.
