Very good customer service
This is the first time I used this website and did not know anything about them. I made a mistake on my first purchase and ordered the wrong faucet without the extractable neck. I contacted the company to explain the error and they reimbursed me without a problem. I received the credit back on my account within a couple of days and I ordered the correct item. The faucet arrived quickly and without any problems. Overall, I was very satisfied, and they have great customer service.

Great online experience, order fulfillment very good
The website is clear and easy to navigate. The selection process is smooth and transparent. Product information thorough. And what is best, you can communicate with a real person that knows the products and can advise if your selected products fit together or if there is some accessory you missed. Overall a good experience. The delivery might take long since the stock is limited. Bad t that is clear already when you order.
