CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S VERY BEST
Put quite simply Sankey Valley Tyres has to be the best provider of tyre and other vehicle services that I've come across in a very long time and I've been to many providers over the years; many of who don't even come close to the Service Level that Sankey Valley Tyres provide which is exceptional in every way you can imagine. Before I even contacted them to see if they could fix a puncture for me at very short notice during a recent visit to the Warrington area, I read their reviews/ feedback from other customers and couldn't believe what I was reading as to me they simply couldn't be as good as previous customers were reporting and yet they were, and to be honest they were even better !
Friendly and totally professional they treat you as a 'valued' customer in every sense of the word which was amazing as it's clear that they take Customer Service to the next level in every respect at a price that is highly competitive.
If I lived in the Warrington area I wouldn't consider using anyone else in the future based upon my recent experience which was exceptional. Well done guys for providing me with such excellent service, it's clear that many of your previous customers have thought the same as me which is something that you should be very proud of.
