Dishonest invoicing, false promises.
On the last day of a trip to Peru I needed to call a doctor for a visit to my hotel in Lima. In the end I had to cancel the visit as due to language issues there had been a mix up and the doctor would have arrived after I'd left for the airport.
However we were invoiced for this visit not just once but twice. I contacted Sanna's reclamation system and they were initially helpful and said they would refund one or both of the visits (it's not been clear). It's now been several weeks, there's no refund, and they are not answering emails or WhatsApp messages.
