Excellent Deck Company
We contacted Jay Ward about replacing our old wood deck with Trex, and from the very first meeting we felt confident we were in good hands. Jay came out to provide an estimate and was knowledgeable, personable, and patient with all of our questions. He listened carefully to our ideas and offered thoughtful input. After also obtaining another estimate, we found Jay’s proposal to be fair and very reasonable for the scope of work we wanted.
Once the contract was signed, the project moved forward seamlessly. Jay’s crew removed the old deck, prepared the space, and installed the new one with great care and attention to detail. The installers were always on time, professional, and respectful. They were happy to answer questions and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Communication was excellent throughout the process, including advance notice from the office if weather required a delay.
We were impressed in every respect—from the craftsmanship to the professionalism and cleanliness of the job site. At the end of the project, the deck was left spotless and ready to enjoy.
