I tried many alternative suppliers as I have been Santa for over 40 years and there is an awful lot of cheap crap being sold. Not by Santasuitestore. Their quality is excellent and the service impeccable.

Wanted a santa suit which wasn't in stock. Nathalie ordered it in for me and contacted me as soon as it arrived with them. I completed order online and suit was in Ireland with me very next day. Got a great discount too. Super happy with service and quality. Highly recommended.

I ordered a Santa suit from this site last year and was so happy with the purchase and service that I have been meaning to leave this review for 4 months!
I bought a suit to be the family Santa but wanted something magical so was trying desperately to source a Halco suit which they did. I found it very difficult with other suppliers, buying a suit online I had a lot of questions and felt the purchase was substantial so didn't want to lose money with a dodgy supplier or postage/returns to the US.
The service is very personal, a lady called Nathalie was very helpful with my questions. I correspond predominant by email and every one was promptly answered.
The purchase process was smooth and delivery very quick.
I felt very comfortable and confident with my purchase from the Santa suit store and Nathalie.

I will always go to Santa suit store first in the future for all my Santa needs.

Fell on this site slightly by chance. (Went on Amazon and it was pretty much same old, same old with nothing different or of great quality.) However Santa Suit Store was brilliant with a huge variety of suits and accessories available. Such was the choice I actually felt I needed to make contact as I was spending a decent amount of money and wanted to ensure I was getting the right suit. Spoke to Nathalie who phoned me back 2 minutes after leaving a message. She steered my sleigh in the right direction and advised the ideal (cheaper) suit than the one I was considering. I must have spoken to her 3-4 times by phone alone and each time got a fantastic service. Strongly recommend this site for a visit and purchase. Suit and accessories arrived yesterday and they are of superb quality. Very, very happy customer.

Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase of a Santa suit.
I purchased the incorrect size and sent it back. I was kept up to date from them with email and phone the whole process of where my return was and when the exchange was to arrive back with me. This item was out of stock prior to ordering, contacted company regarding new stocks, informed when new stock would be in stock. Very prompt and efficient service, very happy with the suit, would happily do further business with the company, the suit is of good quality and lined, highly recommend again.
