We unfortunately had an unforeseen circumstance where one of the products on your order did not arrive to our depot on time to send out to you.
We did our best to keep you updated via email of the hold up and offered options as well as a discount code to apologise and a refund.
A 1-star review does feel harsh based on our transparency with the matter but we do hope that you can give us the opportunity to prove to you that we really do pride ourselves in the quality of our products as well as our service.
