Purchased the ‘Valencia’ Gold Bat Engagement Ring. The ring arrived and the wing tips were razor sharp. These have injured my partner and she has had to stop wearing the ring. After contacting customer service and providing pictures of the cuts caused by this ring I was told I could either send the ring back to be inspected and the cost of which I would have to cover myself - this response felt like I was being accused of lying about the fault with the ring. The 2nd option was to get this fixed by a local jeweller the cost of which I would again need to cover myself.
A once in a lifetime experience has been ruined by the faulty ring I received and the company's terrible attempt at resolving the issue.

I cannot recommended Sapphire Studios higher to anyone looking for something different.

Studio Sapphire deserves its reputation and recognition, its approach and respect to the customer, the speed of execution, the form of payment, but the contact with the customer deserves special recognition. Despite a small hitch in the form of a stone falling out, the Studio rose to the challenge and fixed the ring without any unnecessary questions. The ring itself, the workmanship, the quality of the material are of a masterly standard (confirmed by an independent jeweller). With a clear conscience I have nothing left to do but to recommend this company. Greetings from Europe 😀.

I have just received the fragrance "Alice" from Sapphire Studios Design. It is absolutely gorgeous. Not only the fragrance but the bottle top of Alice is amazing and the box it came in was unbelievable. Well done and thank you Sapphire Studios Design for my amazing perfume.

I ordered the Destiny bridal set since I had kept having mishaps with my engagement ring and was skeptical of ordering from another online jeweler but had been eyeing the set for a while, and decided to bite the bullet and go all out for my wedding. Couldn’t have made a better decision! The ring shipped in plenty of time, it fit perfectly, and it shines like no other. Already have gotten so many compliments on how unique and gorgeous it is. The ring came quicker than I had expected and when I got it it is so beautiful! The detail in this ring is immaculate and I will definitely be ordering again.

I luckily won a competition for a limited edition ring on Instagram. The staff were lovely in dealing with getting my size and address. They let me know how long it would take etc. The delivery was quick considering it was coming from Australia to Scotland also. The ring was made absolutely beautiful, I am so happy with it!! I will order soon as there is so much I love on this website. So thank you again for everything :)

I knew which engagement ring I wanted before I even met my husband! When it was time to propose, my hubby knew where to go, as skulls and sparkles are more my vibe than the traditional diamond ring. I had to have the band altered but the process was easy and fast.

Choosing my wedding band to match was easy too, as it was part of a set. The team was great to deal with and turnaround time was faster than expected.

I reached out to them with a custom request and they were patient with all my questions. Who ever replied to my emails was very professional and responsive as well. I order the Avalee ring and had my fiancé's wedding band completely custom made. The whole process was easy, thorough, and awesome. The rings were even delivered almost 3 weeks sooner than expected. If you are debating, debate no more and go for it! You won't regret it. ^_^

I created a custom ring with Sapphire Studios.

I couldn’t quite find what I was looking for so decided I wanted to get something custom made. My design was quite complex so I knew I need a good jeweller. As soon as I saw Sapphire Studios work, I knew they would be able to help as they had some really intricate designs with finer details. From the first email they were really helpful and offered lot of advice on my design.

When they sent me the design for my approval and I was blown away. It was what I had pictured but even better! I was super excited to see it in person and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Words cannot describe how much I love it! The size is perfect and it’s so unique to me, I love how no one else has this ring. The quality is incredible and exactly what I hoped for with all the small details.

From start to finish they were really good to deal with. Highly recommend them if you want something that’s intricate and unique.

Absolutely love my ring!
When I opened the ring I was literally shaking at how beautiful it is! The quality is good and so intricate while also being really delicate.
I asked alot of questions prior to purchase as I was nervous about buying online and without seeing in person, they were really helpful and replied fast. I customised the centre stone to my birthstone. I love that it's really unique, nothing like I have seen while looking at jewellery stores here.
Delivery was super quick too when sent out.

My partner fell in love with the beautiful coffin Gem and Sapphire Studios was the way to go.

From the amazing product to what can only be described as Top Tier Customer Service Sapphire studios where the best. I'm based in the Republic of Ireland and with time difference and time of year one could be forgiven for thinking one wouldn't receive such prompt, thoughtful and reassuring help. You would be wrong. The guys went above and beyond to ensure that even in the midst if a near catastrophe they came through quickly and discreetly. In short; I couldn't recommend these guys enough!

My fiancé had proposed back in May 2020 with the Ivy Fleur engagement ring. After a year of figuring out what we wanted to go, we decided to get eloped this upcoming December back in October. I reached out about getting the band to match the engagement ring, however I didn’t have any of the original order information. Thankfully they were able to find my fiancés original order, and they were able to make a quote for the custom make of the ring.

I wasn’t sure if we would see the band prior to our elopement in 4 weeks, as it would ship in 15-25 business from our contact at the end of October. However it shipped on November 19th from Australia, and arrived (and was delivered) in Canada on November 23rd. I did opt for the express shipping, and can agree it was worth it! Only downside was paying duty, but they have no control on me having to pay that!

I can’t wait to add more pieces from them to my collection, and excellent customer service! Thank you again!

I am posting an update on my review of the Ivy Fleur Engagement Ring due to the main Gem Stone having fallen out and being lost after under 6 weeks of use.

The ring had no damage, had not been knocked and is only really worn at home or out to dinner / seeing family etc. My Fiancee had not work it at worn or doing anything activity based.

We contacted Sapphire about this to be told the lost stones are not covered by warranty.

To their credit Sapphire did offer a replacement stone at a reduced price and were willing to ship this out without needing the ring back first.

We sourced a local Goldsmiths to replace the stone & modify the ring, adding 4 small claws to stop the stone from falling out again in future.

Given the expense of such an item, disappointed it didn't even last 6 weeks before failing.

Left original review below as all of that is still true. But if buying from abroad like I am (UK) just be aware it's not easy & is expensive to return goods to AUS if they should go wrong.

2 Great experiences now with Sapphire Studios.

First off I was after an engagement ring with floral metal work, being the only place I could find online that offered the sort of thing I was looking for I took the plunge on an Ivy Fleur ring. Delivery time and shipping were as described (Aus to UK). The ring itself is amazing quality and looks fantastic, my now Fiancée is absolutely made up with it.

Not content with that, I decided to place a second order for the 418 Cherry Blossom Earrings and 512 Cheery Blossom Necklace. I had these made as a custom order in different colours. Again, delivered on-time and they look amazing - Just wish I could give them to her before Christmas now!

On both occasions I've found the communication with Sapphire to be excellent, prompt responses to questions, bespoke ordering was very easy and website is easy to use to track the order.

Website FAQ is also very useful for questions, especially when ordering blind and internationally!

Sapphire are now top of our list when it's time for us to do our Wedding Ring shopping!
