An extremely refreshing experience to deal with a professional, polite and 'all action' firm. We purchased two suitcases and they are superb quality, as described and we are very happy with our purchase. Particular mention to Raphael who dealt with a delivery issue who ensured we received our suitcases in time just before a scheduled holiday. Thank you.

The design is really beautiful

I ordered both a check-in sized suitcase and a cabin sized suitcase. I only received the check-in sized case. This might be because the cabin sized case isn’t available at the moment. However there is no indication anywhere of a second delivery in the future. I’ve tried to be in contact with Sapphire Suutcases, but haven’t received a reply. I understand replies take time, but there wasn’t even an automated message with information about reply times. All of this has left me worried about the order status of the second case I’ve already paid for.

EDIT: Sapphire Suitcases replied and have been very kind - things are in order 👍🏻 As for communication: an automated message to inquiries with info on reply times would be nice. Five stars for the check-in suitcase btw, don’t mind waiting for the other one as I’m sure it’s worth the wait.

The cabin size is absolutely stunning, feeling sturdy yet incredibly easy to move around even when fully packed. Also love very much the little insert that comes with the luggage, which you can have or not depending on your needs. And lastly, this might be unnecessary to some… but it looks super classy and helps me look together when ever work traveling. Totally recommend!

I received a while ago my suitcase and what I have now owned, it's been very good. Good quality, and very nice to travel with.

I got the cabin sized suitcase and it is just brilliant to use. Size is perfect to fit a whole summer holiday week of stuff or several day business trip with ease.
Aluminium is smooth and all hinges and inner compartments are solid.
Wheels are smooth and silent. All 4 are equally low resistent- so it doesn‘t turn while pushing along.
Overall it is more silent than my aluminium suitcase from the classic R***** brand. It feels almost as solid and inner organisation is definately better. Highly recommended.

Great customer service, quick response to issues and subsequent resolve. Delivery was delayed due to customs costs not being covered at Sapphire’s end and some in-house communication issues. All was refunded and resolved but could have been a more efficient and organised process. Customer service very apologetic, responsive and eager to help. Case seems strong, lightweight and wheels like a dream ! Also loved the free duffle bag. Not entirely sure it’s a premium brand. Branding/logo seems a little on the generic side but do have faith in the lifetime guarantee and customer service. Seems worth the money.
