Sara Eden Introductions Reviews 

I’ve been a member for a few months now and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The Sara Eden team are wonderful, experienced, friendly and helpful but not afraid to be honest with me! I’ve met a few really nice men - not recently obviously! I’m chatting and getting to know a really super man now and can’t wait for our first actual meeting - thank goodness for Skype! Best investment I’ve ever made.

After concentrating on my career, I realised, as I neared my 40th birthday that I had no one special to share my success with. After careful research I decided to join Sara Eden, one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’ve met several charming gentlemen which has not only boosted my confidence but meant that I have made some rather lovely friends too. I’m yet to meet my long-term partner but I am really enjoying this experience. Thank you, Sara Eden.

I joined the agency in 2016. I found their service to be appalling. This was due to the main reasons noted below:
- The majority of profiles presented to me at each meeting DID NOT MATCH my criteria (I provided realistic agreed expectations upfront). I understand that people join/leave each month so the availability of members can fluctuate slightly however in my experience it was the MAJORITY of profiles that DID NOT MATCH MY CRITERIA. The company representative did not state before joining that they would be unable to cater for my requirements.
- The majority of the selection of profiles were the SAME at EVERY visit. Before joining, the company representative did not state that the same selection of profiles would be REPEATEDLY used again and again.
- There were far fewer profiles provided than what I was told there would be (they said on average 20-25, this was definitely not the case). The company never stated that they did not have adequate selections of available male memberships. When I questioned them, they always had an excuse like summer holidays, Christmas, men my age wanting to meet much younger women!! etc etc. Due to this happening often, I had no choice but to put my membership on hold several times.
It leads me to believe that their client base was not reasonably balanced in terms of age and gender and was therefore not able to realistically offer an adequate selection of introductions. They should have been honest about this upfront, and I would never have joined their agency.
In the end I attended all 6 meetings/visits, but I had obviously not met the guaranteed number of introductions. So in March 2018, Sara Eden said my membership would be held open until I had my guaranteed number of introductions only if I make regular appointments to come in and I dont decline to make any selections!!!! Unbelievable. Due to all the issues noted and extremely poor service I had encountered, as well as the unfriendly and unhelpful team, I decided not to return. In the end I only received 2 introductions, which were just phone calls and didn't lead to anything.
I requested a refund of my full membership but they refused. I tried again several times but again they refused point blank. They were not even willing to compromise. It just shows what an awful company they are.
Please dont waste your time or money investing with this so-called dating agency. You will be truly disappointed.

Fabulous team with great insight into what's required by their clients. I've huge praise for their sensitive handling of my introductions as I've had many fun evenings with nice gentlemen ! I'm looking forward to working with these lovely ladies towards finding 'the one'!

Sara Eden has helped our family successfully not once but twice!
Karen and her team helped my father 30 years ago and they are still happily married. They have recently done the same for me with their expert guidance, professionalism, empathy and honesty Sara Eden have allowed to meet a beautiful lady and we are getting married next year. I tried various dating sites but Sara Eden are indeed, in my opinion offer the Rolls Royce service. Thank you Sara Eden.

31 years of successful matchmaking and the recommendations of a couple of friends, really gave me confidence to approach Sara Eden and I wasn’t disappointed. Great customer service and honest assessment (not many can say that) helped keep my expectations reasonable. I haven’t met my forever partner yet but have met lovely people and even made a couple of new friends. Congratulations on your anniversary, so many are grateful for your expertise and guidance in the minefield that is dating these days. Xx

I have been signed up to Sara Eden for about a couple of months now and it has been a wonderful experience so far. Karen and her team are always approachable and supportive. I have been on some lovely dates and really enjoying the process with them to find ‘the one’.

Sara Eden is great agency. I met my lovely husband, Fred, 29 years ago and we have been very happily married for 27 years. In fact, we consider Karen and her lovely staff all friends.
From the start, we received a warm, sincere welcome and found the agency most professional.
They genuinely care about all their clients and do their very best for them.
Thank goodness, we joined and met and have had a very happy life together. Don't know what would have happened if I hadn't come across Sara Eden all those years ago. THANK YOU!

I do not recognise one single feature of the terrible reviews on here based on my experience. I met my husband through Sara Eden. It was the most extraordinarily positive experience - they are the consummate professionals in every way. Even before my husband and I met, I had many, many lovely dates with some super people and the team at Sara Eden helped me every step of the way. I personally could not rate them highly enough and in a world where there are so few choices in terms of how you meet like minded people other than 'swipe left or right' or random, unqualified matching online; this is the Rolls Royce service delivered by real people with over 30 years of experience and a fine pedigree. Ignore the doubters (if they are even clients at all!) and go for it you will not regret it

Unfortunately I have been very disappointed with the service provided by Sara Eden. Having signed up and paid my membership, they have not once contacted me spontaneously in over a year to either make suggestions for matches, or sent me profiles of men who are interested in me. I don't feel like I'm a lost cause - in my mid-30s, good job, reasonably attractive and intelligent etc. - but I get the impression they seriously lack men. I have had reasons for the lack of matches given to me over this time ranging from 'Christmas approaching - they'll be influx in February' to (quite amusingly) 'Brexit means people feel uncertain about their futures'... If I was you, I would avoid this agency.
Edit/update: Thank you to Sara Eden for the response to my review. I'd like to confirm that my review was based not on the number of telephone numbers exchanged (which is as per contract to date) but with number of men available to pick from to make up this number. I was never shown more than 25 on each visit, and recognised some of the same ones on subsequent visits. Sara Eden pro-actively suggest putting my membership on freeze as a result of lack of men. Also on the fact that I've never been told any of the men on their books have been interested in me. When I originally posted the review, they got in contact to offer me a higher level of service for free, on condition I took down my original review. Given my lack of response to this appeal, it's clear they've asked previous customers to review positively in the last fortnight to compensate. I cannot dispute they may have done a good job in the past (many of the positive reviews seem to relate to historic experiences) but my review has been based on on my months of active membership within the last 16 months.

Dishonest service.
Once payment is received, they dissapear.
The same profiles shown repeatedly.
In the introduction they add more and better profiles and excuse it later, with not being available or interested in you.
Save your nervous, and save your money.
