This company is a scam and shows…

This company is a scam and shows products that isnt what you actually receive. It is cheap and looks like cheap Chinese jewelry. Not the hand made items shown on Emma and Mia’s website. Apparently they just sell junk through fake companies. PS i would give it a zero star if i could. File with the federal trade commission .

SCAM

SCAM
-I urge everyone to file a complaint at the Online Dispute Resolution for the European Commission-
Not only does the Chinese company named Yiwu Cujia Trade Co., Ltd use Sara Julia as a fake platform, but at least also: ruthmode, lilly-boutique, and lisevermeer-

Products were delivered in the wrong size (labels of shoes and dress were correct, but the products were 2 sizes smaller- so their size scale system is completely wrong), bad quality and way too late, 17 days; they are asking me to keep the product by promising 10% of the prize back, which is ridiculous;
their answers do not match my questions;
they didnt even apologize for their screw up; because they are not real;
i thought this was a Dutch shop, because they have a Dutch adress, but apparently its a Chinese company pretending to be a Dutch shop with fake pictures, with high quality expensive clothes;
and then you get a package that is wrapped in cheap plastic, not protected at all, you paid expensive money and you probably never see your money again;
I paid expensive money for two items, and they screwed up, they didnt deliver the right product; so they should pay the shipping fees, nd give me the money back;
but instead they say, if I want my money back, I need to send it to China, pay shipping and customs; now that is expensive;

but also I think there is a high risk the package gets lost; and then I would loose even more money;
and Im expecting that, based on other negative reviews, that even if the company gets it, they will never pay the money back, even if they got the product;

DO NOT buy there, its a scam!
