If there was.

Advertised as linen polo shirts. What turned up was cheap polyester and a design that looks like something an 80 year old would wear. Collars that would probably be dangerous in high winds and I fear I would take off. Bears no resemblance to the product advertised. No return labels. Going to contact the bank and drop this off at the charity shop.

Shocking ! Two fake ( and poor quality fakes at that) shirts just arrived.
Totally fooled by their advert and should have read reviews first. I’ve complained but not hopeful of much back by way of refund.

What a rip off! Cheap polyester shirt sold as Linen. I should have read the reviews. Trying to return with no luck. Lesson learnt. Avoid at all costs.

Placed an order and payment was then immediately. 4 months later and still no order and no response from emails.

A cautionary tale of not doing due diligence before ordering on line. My experience of the “Levi” plaid polo is very much the same as others - a poor quality print on a basic fabric not worth a quarter of what I paid for them even after the heavily trailed discount. Wish I’d read these reviews before pressing the order button. Live and learn.

Addendum: to be fair, and unlike others, I did find their Customer Service quite responsive both in terms of tracking delivery and in response to my complaints about quality of product. Ended up getting a 30% refund. Still overpaid for what I got but feeling less bad about it now! Zero stars for product, four stars for service averaging out at two.

NO STAR: This company is a scam. Ordered the 'silk chiffon' dress. It's polyester. You'll also have a very long wait for delivery then be shocked at the low-grade and poor workmanship you receive. Ordered small. It's huge! Threads hanging off, no labels, crumpled up and crackles with static which then clings. Probably a fire hazard too. Stay well away. There is no other way of contacting other than email where you are just fobbed off. Refund is now in the hands of my bank. Stay away!

I ordered Levi polo shirts, what arrived was nothing like advertised, rubbish quality. I tried to cancel the order as soon as I saw the other reviews and was told it was too late as the goods were on the way. Three weeks later this bag of rubbish arrived.

I ordered a pair of ThermaLuxe - Orthopaedic Leather Winter Boots, size 41 ( I’ve never had a problem ordering my size on internet websites) and when they finally arrived they didn’t fit. It turns out, that although 41 is printed on the sole the actual fitting is a size smaller. There is no advice on their website about ordering a size bigger. Ironic as they are meant to be orthopaedic boots. I’m now in a backwards and forwards email communication with what seems to be a chatbot,not human. I’m going around in circles, trying to get a resolution. They are not based in London, but appear to be a Chinese operation. I’ve wasted £49! Awful company, don’t waste your time.

WOW!! What crap... All of the items are cheap screen print images of sweater, eyelet, or cloth on who knows what kind of low-grade polyester. Upon receipt, I immediately contacted the vendor via email, and it took a week for a response. They have a 5 day return policy and no refund until the items (which took over a month to arrive) are shipped back to China. The cost of shipping was practically what I paid for the junk in the first place. BIG, BIG SCAM!!!

Very Bad Company - Avoid. This company is based in China and the quality is nothing like what they say. Simply put it’s awful! You will have to return it at your cost and you won’t get a refund. Go to your card company to get a refund and report to Trading Standards. Found their ad on Facebook but not a London company. Nothing but a scam company.

Despite their name, they are a backstreet Chinese operation. I ordered a £30 shirt with an attractive pattern. It took a couple of weeks to arrive and when it did, I could see without opening it that the colour had been intensified on the original photo and the material was flimsy. I immediately asked to return it but they have no UK returns facility. I got a 15% refund. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

What a complete waste of good hard earned money on this cheap and nasty “Levi Polo” (nothing of the sort) man’s polo shirt! Paid just under £40 for what looks like a nylon - (at a guess because it doesn’t have a label confirming what it’s made of inside) top, it looks horrendous, and nothing like the - now obvious - photo shopped advert that appeared on Facebook!! Only fit for the bin! This shirt and the company Sara London is a total rip off!!! Do Not Purchase from these people!!! You will definitely regret it!!!!

This only has 1 star as it doesn't allow 0. Ordered a dress set, February 2024. Paid £39.99, hadn't received my order in June so emailed them requesting my money back, They were reluctant to give money back and they assured me after several email exchanges to re order the item as the had sold out of grey, they eventually sent me a code so I didn't have to pay again this was July, I have received the order today, this is not the same item, the quality is poor and after reading reviews it seems I'm stuck with POOR QUALITY ITEM I DIDNT ORDER!!! Is trading standards or facebook s

Bought two dresses but they were too big so I needed to return them as they didn't have smaller sizes. Quality wasn't great which is why they didn't fit properly. Had to email customer services as they had no returns system on their website. I was told that they didn't have a warehouse in Europe so I would have to return the items to China which worked out very expensive. I am now left with two items at the cost of £80. I would definitely not order from them again.

I need to report to trading standards and will once back from holiday - terrible shoes broke putting on (almost funny how bad they are but not as lost money) in china not LONDON - come up in facebook feeds ( will also complain to FB) have bought good items through FB ads before - this needs to stop .

Scam company very poor quality clothes and returns only accepted if you ship to China. Avoid like the plague
