Whenever I needed a help I got it on time without making me wait. I got many compliments for my dresses and still receiving it . Anyone can shop with sareez.com without any hesitation. I'm very happy for the nice sari I bought for which i went through simple procedure and also fully satisfied for the quality, quick responses, concern and care on customers..thanku..

"I have purchased three times from sareez. Last time they destroyed my dress. I have talked to their associate 9 times before stitching. I gave all the instructions and measurement. But they made my dress just as per their own mind created measurement. When I report them they never ever say sorry for their mistake, behave very rudely with me and denied to give compensation. Their associates are very rude, shameless and manner less. They tried to hide their guilt by making false words and blaming me that I have create confusion. While I have gave them every bit to bit instruction. Finally they gave only 15 dollar instead of my 78 dollar dress. Even they were so audacious that they claim that they are giving such big amount!!"

I bought a saree which was very nice in picture and also work looked very rich. I paid $96 and I got $10 saree . I ordered saree for party. Waste of money. Never buy in sareez. I am really very very disappointed.

I had purchased 2 dresses and one saree i had paid 200 bucks.
i ordered light blue saree with border they shipped a naviblue saree with poor quality only the lace is same as display. The look of saree is completely different. When i consulted the website with both the images which they displayed and they sent guess what they said. They said they have the same sales going on their website if somebody else consulted with same problem then they will concern my problem.


Iam shocked i never heard such kind of attitude from any sales. They are not even ready to take the returns. And the dresses the stitching is so bad that outlook is nowhere near the image look. And material looks like old stock .My money was completely wasted.

They are cheating in the name of discounts . The poor quality of materials is far from the worth even after their discount. I never buy anything from them again.

Hi I have had 2 of 3 items delivered so far. I am very disappointed with the pink and blue dress so far as it is beyond my feet. I did say I am only 4 ft 10. When I took dress out of packaging so many beads feel off. Esp the glass ones - it appears they were only glued on. Is this the quality I was promised?

Also the zipper is close to being sewn in. I tried it and had to await my husband to get home as zipper wouldnt unzip. 


So disappointed. I am dreading the third item. Which i will be wearing on day 1 of eid. The first dress I have given to my sister as again length showed no consideration for my height. I normally order from Aishwarya design studio or cbazaar. Will return to them. 


You have not lived up to promise of turnaround times.
