Ordered a bracelet that supposedly was shipped from China (of course) on 27 April. It's still sitting in China. I know there's a virus, but a month with no activity is bogus. Svana won't reply to request for replacement although that is their written policy after 30 days.
I paid for a BMW E39 M5 ACS style rear diffuser + postage. I received 1 email asking for more money due to currency fluctuations. I told them in an email that I had changed my mind and wanted a refund due to all the bad reviews on 'FB'! I have emailed them everyday for a week and had no response what-so-ever! They insisted that I pay by bank transfer only! NO credit or debit cards, no paypal etc. NO 'SAFE' & SECURE PAYMENT METHODS AT ALL!! So, now I have no Goods to show for the money they have kept! PURE THEFT!! They just take your money for nothing. Be on your guard when dealing with these people.
