The facts are (1) There is a real customer service: I wished ordering from and delivery to Austria and while the website does not offer this option, reaching out to the email posted connected me with a human agent for whom this request was no problem at all; (2) Customization of the shirts (e.g., longer sleeves) is STANDARD; (3) Quality of fabric and manufacturing are far beyond average.
