These wax melts smell beautiful i even relight them and still give a great smell to my rooms well worth money room stay last as well help cover odour like me having 3 dogs in my house well worth the money

Received my first monthly box, scents are beautiful. Wax melts last all day in my burner and the whipped soap leaves skin soft and smooth, great for shaving with too. Looking forward to my next box

The products are excellent value and the fragrances last ages (both body and home). I love that this is a British firm creating jobs in the South West and that thete are no nasty chemicals.

Have to say - REALLY impressed with this company and their products. The wax melts last for days (not just one day or only a few hours like some brands), and the room sprays and odour products are just fantastic. Changes to subscriptions look fairly easy, but have not yet felt any need to alter anything - which itself is a testament to the quality of the products and the service. So glad I took the plunge and went for something I saw on facebook - rarely does a purchase like that deliver what you expect, but this time it delivered way much more than expected. Thank you Sassy Scents :-)

My daughter introduced me to you and what a nice wax melts shower soaps and room sprays the smell is gorgeous my skin is soft after a shower my rooms smell lovely I look forward to each one coming great value for money and nicely boxed 5 stars

The monthly subscription box is my new holy grail for keeping my home smelling fresh! I don’t really have a huge use for the whipped soap in the box so was thrilled to see I could adapt my subscription so that I only receive a room spray and the wax melts! The range that they have of wax melts is probably the largest I’ve seen on a site, they range from incredibly complex and luxury smelling, to nostalgic, to beinf reminiscent in their own unique way and take of popular fragrances from high end fragrance houses and brands, to being soft/powdery, laconic and comforting, to effervescent/sparkling, gourmand and everything in-between! You get a selection of a fragrance from a mix of those scent profiles and they are honestly just stunning! I won’t go back to using anything else now! Customer for life here! I highly recommend their odour neutralising range too! It’s a GAME CHANGER! Their fabric and room sprays actually do EXACTLY that and neutralise all lingering odours and the scent sticks to the fabric for days!!! They have their own patented technology and it puts other brands in the market like Febreeze etc to shame! Honestly can’t recommend them enough, and customer services are lovely and very quick at responding and sorting any issues you may have, although they’re few and far between! Plus, they always have discounts and sales, voucher codes and coupons, and the deals are amazing! Get shopping guys! You won’t regret it and you’ll be spoiled for choice!!!!!

Absolutely love these products, I went off wax melts as the smell never lasted very long, these do and I can get a couple of days out of them melts. Love the shower whips aswell leaves your skin feeling nice. I have 3 dogs and the odour eliminater pack Is fab, no stinky dog smells or not as strong 😂

This is the 1st smellies that have actually done what they say I have dogs and cats and I could always smell that animal smell but when I got these the smells are lovely and no more doggy smelly

The wax melts are great they smell lovely and lasts a long time. It’s lovely when you’re box arrives to see which ones are in your box.

I became an unwilling dog owner but now could not imagine life without her however my biggest hate is dog smell !! Sassy scents i freaking adore!! My house permanently smells lush. Had so many compliments and i have even recommended my non dog owner friends as melts better than generic ones you can get in a shop. I was spending loads on scented candles. Saving so much now !! I never give reviews but this wort it x

I have a subscription and was really happy with the free cleaning kit that came with it. I bought more products and wanted to buy more Sleep by Sassy melts but each time I got to the checkout, despite having hit (and exceeded) the threshold spend for free postage, the checkout page charged postage. I emailed Customer Services to query this on 11th August and other than a 'we'll get back to you within 48 hours' (spoiler alert: they haven't), have been completely ignored. So although I do like the products, I'm now not entirely comfortable continuing to buy products from Sassy. I feel misled by the advertising on their website, I'd hoped the issue re postage charges could be cleared up quickly and I was happy to give them the benefit of the doubt so that ideally, I could proceed to buy the items. However, now I feel ignored as well as misled. I've had a lot of advertising emails and reminders to check out my basket but not a response to my query that I'd hoped would enable me to do so. Getting this kind of thing right isn't difficult but it is important and after being so happy with the products, I'm so disappointed by the customer service.

Love the smell of all the scents that I get sent every month. The smell lasts for days and days. All my visitors comment on how good my house smells.

Fantastic products which is great when I have 2 dogs, 1 cat and 2 kittens, plus having 2 children still in nappies, these scents are all beautiful and long lasting, the car fresheners have the car smelling incredible.

Great product, smells amazing,I have sensitive skin and get irritated easily but this soap is so mild I use it everyday, I use the melts daily house smells amazing

When I ordered it was supposed to come with the pet odour eliminating set. It didn’t. I’ve emailed twice and had no human response. I’ve tried to cancel the repeat subscription and it just takes me to a “page not found” site.
Customer service is nonexistent and I feel like I’ve been scammed.
