The vaporiser does a good job, very efficient. And it arrived quickly. However, the advertising for “what’s in the box “ was a bit ambiguous and I thought I would receive more. Overall I am happy.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating this has been, especially when dealing with medical devices that aren’t easy or cheap to replace.
The recent vape law changes are completely out of our control, and even with our ODC license and TGA notifications, some orders still get delayed in customs. We know that’s not the experience you expected from us.
We did our best to keep customers updated via email while we waited for restocks, but we're genuinely sorry if you felt let down. This isn’t the satinca experience we aim to deliver, and we really appreciate your honest feedback.

Absolute Legends!!

So I ordered a ceramic grinder a month ago, Just before xmas.
The grinder arrived damaged. (small chip in ceramic coating)
***BUT***
-Heres where it gets good!-
I had contacted customer support during the holiday period, while their business was on break for xmas & new years.
Satinca still managed to reply to my emails, not harrass me for excess information & send me an upgraded larger version of the grinder because the one I had purchased was not longer in stock to replace.
Customer support was incredibly friendly & helpful.
The new ceramic grinder is perfect:
-Nice & even grind
-No chips
-Easy to use
-Cuts well
-Little resistance
5 stars - Have been recommending your products to my fellow medical patients since this experience.
