Long delay in the repair process
I sent my device to this company in early August 25 and had it returned today (21/10/25) after much complaining and threats. My device is a Tomtom camper satnav and the battery needed replacing. I had lots of excuses and the whole experience was quite stressful.
I have updated the satnav and all seems to work well but haven’t tried it out in the camper yet. I will edit this post if there are any problems. So pleased to have it back.
