After being with all the major…

After being with all the major providers of communication and internet connection services I decided for Elisa Saunalahti Oy. Already with them for more than 5y. and in my experience they're just unbeatable in the product you get for the price you pay. Great Customers Service too. With Elisa I always feel at home and that's a great feeling. Thank you Friends.

Bad!!!

i had saunalahti for internet which was monthly pakage but always it worked 20 days or 25 days max. Then I bought second sim cart for I pad mini. which was with contract which i didint even see the contract. i couldnt activate it from oma saunalahti.fi it was in a finnish. But the bill came to my home adress I couldnt understand why i have to pay when even I didnt activate it . So i paid the bill then i wanted to cancel the sim cart i go to Elissa shop they give me number where i have to call. I call to the number he said contract is will end 2016 so he cant cancel it. Then he put me on enother line where i waited 1;45 min nobody answer. I dont want to complain but its not good to steal money. Well I have money it means i have choice. Saunalahti will lost so many customers.

Bad performance, even worse customer service

Saunalahti has average prices on Finnish scale. Customer service is generally benevolent, only extremely slow at times and usually can't fix problems. They might send you the wrong tech instructions for setting up broadband, force sell unnecessary products to you retired parents, give you a faulty modem and erase all your emails if you discontinue just one service out of many. Self service on the web doesn't work and if you finally manage to get through to tech support, there's no one there with a clearance to do anything but contact their supervisor. It's all outsourced, so when they promise to call you back, they just don't do it. Saunalahti also charges extra for paper bills and you will have to pay ridiculously much for calling their tech support.
I'm currently waiting for yet another answer to a problem in their service and if they don't pull through this time, I'm switching operator.
