The membership system is very confusing…
The membership system is very confusing and almost manipulative. The prices for each tier are very different. I wouldn't get involved again and was shopping with them only because I had to due to membership commitments.

We offer our VIP members a lot of great promotions and benefits all the time and as a VIP member you are not obligated to either buy or pay each month. To keep all the benefits of the VIP membership for free you simply need to log in to your profile between the 1st and the 5th of each month and click on the button skip the month. With the Skip option, you can keep your subscription entirely for free.

We are really, really sorry that you see our VIP membership in such a negative light. However, our VIP membership is not restrictive at all, but very flexible. We offer new collections and special offers to our VIP customers monthly, so they commit to visit the website from the 1st to the 5th and either shop from the new collection or pause the membership. Only in the case that neither of the two takes place, will the credit be debited, which can be redeemed any time for purchasing.
You don't need to make a purchase if you don't like the collection, just pause it. You can find your 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐩 𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐨𝐧 on the first page of your customer account, directly under “Reward points”. The button is visible and active from the 1st to the 5th of each month.
As soon as our customers decide on the discounted price or use a VIP offer, the VIP conditions come into effect accordingly. We have put the explanation of VIP on the entire right half of the screen in your shopping cart and asked our customers to confirm the purchase as a VIP at the checkout. We are very sorry that you are so angry about it and that you have understood our VIP program differently or not at all.
