Unclear screen for skipping month. 2 times I thought I skipped it but didn't click the final confirmation button hidden in the bottom of the screen. Very confusing. Once credits are saved on your account it's difficult to combine goods for optimal credits use, you ALWAYS have to pay, even if you have credits on your account.

BEWARE. They sheepishly add membership charges when buying stuff online and then keep charging your card £49.50 every month with no notification. No customer service to speak to, AI chat agents that send you round and round. They will save your card details without your consent and take money. Disgusting business model.

After clicking on a instagram add where they promoted a discount you have to agree to their “therms and conditions and a Rewards Membership” when buying somehting with this discount. Month later this membership means paying 50 euros every month only to unlock certain unclear advantages after ordering something with a minimum of 50 euros. Very misleading, very unclear. Would def not recommend this company and their obscure way of marketing

They are scammers ! You order one item, and your money gets taken every month. There’s no link / number you can call to cancel it ! There’s a chat bot which leads you to a real person and then you can cancel it. It’s a shame cos I love Rihanna.
