Best prices on the internet by £400 compared to currys/pc world and Argos for the laptop I bought, and guaranteed next day delivery. Waited two weeks for a laptop from Dell that never showed up so it was a relief when everything went so smoothly.
Will definitely use them again.

Orderd computer 2weeks ago with 7 day guaranteed delivery 2 weeks later and ringing every day and being told everyday that it would be there by 7 but not being able to get a tracking number terrible customer service Again ringing today to speak to a manger told none available no reply from manger and then on final call told delivery was attempted no card left couldn't give me a date or time told they couldn't refund me until they had received back in good order on checking back nearly a weeks cctv no attempted delivery I would advice to seek another place to buy

Wasn't sure what to make of this website but went ahead and bought a laptop, arrived in new condition within two days. No problems and helpful sales team. Would recommend

As like most people I hadn't heard of this site before so was unsure about the security etc. But I've got to admit everything went smoothly. I ordered my new laptop on Friday evening. Not expecting to get it until Wednesday. It arrived bright and early Monday morning! Secure packaging, no fuss. The product is everything they said it was too. Will be using again. 5 star!

I ordered some RAM (at least £15 cheaper than anywhere on the net and trust me, I do my research) on a Thursday and having selected the free standard delivery I was expecting to receive them in the following week. They arrived the next day with updates and time estimates from the delivery team. When the product arrived it was well wrapped and just as advertised. I will most certainly be a repeat customer.

Brilliant service. I was a bit unsure of using this company as I had never heard of them before but, having experienced them now, I will be recommending them to everyone who needs a new laptop. Cheaper than other companies, very quick delivery and website easy to use. Excellent all round. A big thank you to saveonlaptops for such a great service!

RECOMMENDED. I bought Alienware from Dell but was so frustrated about it. The motherboard was having defects and ac adapters are not compatible. So i returned it. Then decided to go on Save on laptops. Im quite familiar with Msi dell and asus brands. Then i saw a discount on Msi gt72vr 7re was a huge discount about 500 pounds now where talking. I'm not really a gullible person so i started researching and researching with the company. So yah few are cons and lots of pros. So then i decided to get it. I got it sorted out 10pm tuesday. Then checked my bank account the next day and it was paid. I did pay for the next two days delivery im in northwest england. I got it this day. Thursday and at the expected time. Im pretty happy the laptop specs are same and case arrived sealed and all. Still updating and setting up my laptop so prolly gonna review again after i checked all drivers. For now i recommend the company. Brilliant.

Very happy with my ASUS UX310 purchase. Ordering was really easy from Save On Laptops, their price was competitive, the item was in stock and it arrived next day exactly as planned. It wasn't quite 'use out of the box' as the MS Windows 10 update took 5 hours to complete - not the supplier's fault but worth bearing in mind if you are in a hurry.

Laptop wouldn't connect to the wireless internet and had the blue screen of death within an hour of receiving it. I think I managed to fix it myself but that shouldn't happen on a brand new laptop (with nothing of mine installed yet). I did contact customer support but haven't heard back yet, however it was the weekend.
As for delivery, it was within the specified time, no issues there.

My laptop arrived earlier than expected, in good condition.
The laptop itself is excellent, everything seems to be in working order and it is great for what i needed - mainly university work and general online exploring.
I would definitely order from Save on Laptops again, the price for what I got was brilliant, and I have friends that have said the same.

- delivery time was good
- computer advertises as powerful and quick but on first day of using it shows lag and inability to open and switch between folders / applications
- good price for what advertised but standard and level of laptop is not as advertised so...

Service so far, on order and delivery, and price, has been excellent. Since the laptop is a present for my daughter, we haven't yet opened the box to check it is what we ordered and is the right colour (looking at the previous post!), but so far so good.

I bought a laptop from this company and received it on time, unfortunately it was the wrong colour, I then tried to call them on their hotline but no answer, tried again and again no answer, I then emailed, and tried to call the following morning, I finally got through, the man who answered didn't want to know saying that the telephone line was for pre-sales only and he'd seen my email and passed it through to the after-sales department, he also said that I should wait for a reply with in 48 hours, I immediately smelled a rat and realised that I was dealing with an unscrupulous company who were cutting prices on stock that has been discounted by the manufacturers and wholesalers. A few emails were exchanged and no exchange was offered. The cheaper prices they offered was quite alluring, I should have known better! I have now learned my lesson. Next purchase will not be with these people.

I would definitely recommend this company.

My original review was five stars, however after just under a year of ownership there were issues with one of the keys being loose on the keyboard. When consulting with the company, I was told this was normal wear and tear, was not covered by the warranty and would be a chargeable repair. I don't believe when you spend £750, it is normal wear and tear for a key to become loose as in my mind there should be a certain level of quality to start with, After reading other reviews of various brands I believe this is common practice with sellers and manufacturers of laptops, so please be aware and unfortunately you have to know your statutory rights when dealing with such retailers and manufacturers.

Amazing prices, my order arrived when it was supposed to without any problems. Was recommended by my brother to buy my laptop here and so far its been good, would recommend to anyone looking to save money without losing quality.
