Products as described, fast delivery, good communication.

Have used them often with great service. This time I ordered two USB mains sockets, good price for a good spec, which arrived very promptly but one had damaged the other in transit as the box was really a bit too big and let them slide about inside. On contacting saverstore they immediately gave me a return address label and sent a replacement as soon as the damaged one was received by them.

Cheap, quick, recommended.

Got what I ordered delivered when they said they woul delver it. What more can you ask for.

While ordering it was quite noticeable that they needed to update their site, as there was a few errors. they also communicated a little slow about the delivery, as they said that I would receive the package within the next two days after I had received the item. also it took 7 days (including weekend) to get an order confirmation. However when I received the item it looked as if it had been handled with extreme care and was a pleasure to do business with.

The product was fine they took nearly three weeks to deliver when I had paid extra for the quicker delivery.

Would recommend this organisation. Staff are proactive, great service and fast delivery.

I have just built a new computer, with components from several suppliers. The deliveries from Saverstore were the slowest. The order tracker seems to be a work of fiction. My last order, a HDD, was shown as picked, awaiting packing, for three days. I called up on the Monday, and was told it hadn't been delivered from the supplier, but would be delivered later that day, and put in the post for delivery on the Tuesday. The tracker then changed to say delivery direct from the supplier. I had to contact Saverstore again to get an up to date delivery estimate. When I got it the HDD didn't work, but I couldn't invoke the return procedures because the Order tracker didn't show that it had been delivered. Not good. I have bought a number of items from Saverstore over the years, but they seem to be getting worse.

Cheap, fast, and reliable!

I ordered an item on 19/10/16 and they cancelled my order on 21/10/16. The reason was stated as 'The reason for cancellation is - Discontinued Item. Unfortunately we can no longer obtain this item from our supplier. Please re-order an alternative item.'

However, 2 hours later, I checked their website and the item is still showing as being 'In stock - ship within 3 working days' only now the item is more expensive.

Waste of my time and questionable practices.

I was very impressed by both the prices - extremely competitive - and the speed the order was dealt with. Delivery also very quick. Excellent all round service.

Was a bit concerned as the price seemed to good to be true as it was £200 cheaper than other places, however cannot fault the service. Excellent

Items are not installed yet (waiting for electrician) but price, service & delivery (by dpd) were excellent.
