ik had voor de tweede keer iets besteld, het leek erop dat twee artikelen al eens geretourneerd waren, labels waren er af

bij een van de producten ontbreekt een ringetje om de schouderriem aan te bevestigen ... het was heel sneekie verborgen, terugsturen kost 10 euro op een product van 35 euro ... heb ze gemaild, nog geen antwoord.

Het liefst zou ik het in het kader van duurzaamheid laten maken bij een schoenmaker, dat kost ongeveer 20 euro, als ze dat nu eens vergoeden
