DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an order for an advent calendar in mid November. When it was getting closer to December and I hadn't heard from them, I emailed to ask for a DHL tracking code. No reply. I contacted them through the form on their website, no reply either. Today I tried the phone number on their website, no reply. Before I made the order I googled them quickly to see if it's a reliable website, and then nothing suspicious came up. Today I began digging deeper and found all the one star reviews here, repeating my own experience with them. I'm now accepting I won't be seeing my goods and I've lost the money (stupidly didn't use a credit card when ordering). Reported them to the Czech police and EU frauds and hopefully the website will be taken down soon.

I have ordered Berry Christmas 2021 and it came super fast (even too fast, because Christmas is not even close 😁). But it is definitely the greatest experience I’ve had with beer advent calendars so far, especially when ordering them abroad. Previously I had to involve several parties to deliver it oversees. Saveur-Biere did everything themselves!

great choice, very good customer care (one of my package was damaged during shipping, it was replaced and resent the very same day) and friendly staff.

Ok prices and fast delivery, however there are too many times you do not get what you ordered and paid for, it has now been over a month, I still have not received my money back

Package never arrived and after 10 days still no refund. They keep saying it will be done "today". Each day, "today". This has to stop. Already filled a complaint at AGCOM for investigating this supposed fraudulent company.

Have used this site a few times and have accumulated a lot of loyalty points (which you have pay for). Now with no warning or explanation they have stopped delivering to UK and Ireland. Beware!

Use Beergium.com instead, they have excellent customer service.

I made a substantial order from Saveur Bier, and it was not my first. My card was overcharged and my delivery had an item missing. Customer service have not responded to endless opportunitied to make the situation right.
