Don't trust them, I bought a lifetime key in 2016-2017, and they changed their terms recently, refusing to grandfather me in as a lifetime user, and just today expired my "lifetime" key.

I have never felt such blatant disrespect from a company who announced this theft as if it brought them a "heavy heart", and not a "heavy wallet" I won't be buying a new key, and I recommend instead of wasting money buy a modded PS4, or contact someone who does.. The community is more then happy to do everything PS4 Max would have, and more.

This website sold me and many others a product labelled at a "one time payment" and "unlimited access" with "no subscription". Only to revoked access years later. This in my opinion is false advertising. I reached out only to be ignored. But judging from other people's reviews it seems a response would just be an insult anyway. I would highly recommend not buying from a company like this. This sort of malpractice is disgraceful treatment of loyal fans and the company should be disgusted with themselves.

They change lifetime key purchase - to 5 years expiration....not worth it. Support does not respond to emails....You cannot hex edit games that are not supported in there database. Realy rip-off for the monney

Habe eine PS4 MAX Lizenz für 54€ gekauft, welches beworben wurde mit "unlimitierter Zugriff".
Habe Ende des Monats (Nov.24) eine Mail bekommen, dass der Key nun abläuft und ich es neu Kaufen müsste, damit ich es nutzen kann.

Hier ein Abschnitt der Mail von 2019:
"Your allowance

Unlimited access to the full library of supported games and cheats of Save Wizard For PS4 MAX .

Once a PSN ID has been registered, it cannot be removed for at least 30 days. For more information, please consult the manual."

Hier auch schwarz auf weiß, dass es ein "Unlimited access" Key war und nicht nur für 5 Jahre!
Wirklich ein No-Go was die abziehen.

Der Vertreiber basteln sich etwas zusammen, was ihm passt. Wirklich ganz schlechter Stil!

I have been utilizing Save Wizard for approximately 4 months to enhance my experience with “Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree” on the PlayStation 4. Initially, the software functioned seamlessly, allowing me to apply cheats without any issues. However, midway through the game, I noticed that the previously applied cheats ceased to function. Despite following the same procedures as before to reapply them, I have been unsuccessful.

I have attempted to reach out to the save wizard support team for assistance but have not received a response addressing the core issue. I am seeking their expertise to resolve this matter promptly, but unfortunately it hasn’t been solved, it seems they’re not taking it seriously!

So disappointed. This was a very good product and I had a lot of faith in this company when I purchased this key from them. When I purchased this back in 2019 I had the option to pay for a lifetime support and a one-off purchase. Unfortunately this year when trying to use the software that I purchased I was told that my license key had expired. I emailed the company to try and find out what was going on and for help they explain to me that they had given me this product for 5 years which I should be grateful for and unfortunately if I want to carry on using their service I must purchase a new license key which isn't for life but 2 years support now. This is the biggest scam and a poor way to get money out of old customers. I don't know why they didn't just change it for just new customers and left old customers with their old licence keys. This is what you call greed and the downfall of this company I hope.

Apparently life time support isn't life time. Scam company. Taking legal action since they broke contract

I payed for a new license and I cannot use the app, I contacted the support but they don't give a "thing" about my problem, money lost, it's a Scam, don't purchase anything from them, oh and be careful, the license are only available for 3 years, not permanent.
If any developer is reading this, it would be nice to get a refund or help me figure out how to use the new license I purchased, I will gladly change my review if that will happen, but I doubt they care.

I purchased this save wizard years ago. On the original receipt it says "Your allowance: Unlimited access to the full library of supported games and cheats of Save Wizard For PS4 MAX"

However, they sent an email out of the blue and said my purchase is no longer valid and I need to now sign up for a subscription in order to keep it active.
What an absolute joke.

I do not have trust in this company and I advise anyone to not purchase their product. If there was ANY information about the serial number "expiring" after 2 years then I could understand. But they never said anything about that and intentionally changed their business model to prey on their current customers

Purchased a license from them approximately 5 years ago. Since it's PS4 only I don't use it very much but on occasion it was handy. Decides to use it with Dave the Diver recently and it said my license was expired. When I purchased it originally it was billed as free updates for life. I reached out to the company and got am automated reply stating that license was only good for 2 years and they GRACIOUSLY extended it for 5 years. But now I need to pay them AGAIN for continued use. Again, this product was advertised as free updates for life. The automated reply stating that I should be happy with what I got doesn't sit well. Will not be supporting this company or product any more.

The developer of this software arbitrarily disables encryption for games they want to protect for their own gain. You are at the whims of the developer, they do not care about you beyond taking your money, after that they will happily ignore any refund requests.

It terrible that you can't get another key or download without paying for another if you have to restart, reboot or have to restart my computer completely because of problems like virus or other. I had my Save Wizard and it was good for a while but they wanted to charge me for Save Wizard again just because I had to restart my computer from a common problem. The former owner what a lot better.

Purchased the software licence. Used it for less than an hour finding out it’s not fit for purpose. Asked for a refund and was refused because I’d activated it. Do not buy from them. Abhorrent customer service.

Bought lifetime subscription back in 2018 , yesterday got revoked without warning.The software works but they are scum for pulling such a scam

Don't trust this company. I paid for a lifetime subscription, they will revoke you license anytime at their choosing so they can make more money.

License key revoked in 2023. 2022 the license was still working, back in 2018 as the product was purchased it was advertized as "No subscription!, Free support & updates". Compared to companies like winRAR, which also have lifetime licenses, this is the only lifetime license ever that got revoked.

Like a lot of others here, I bought a license back in 2019 when it was unlimited. Suddenly I started getting an error, saying it no longer works. Now I'm finding out all of us who paid for the unlimited license got our licenses revoked. Yet they are still charging new client's money. For me, it's the principle of it, definitely going the legal route as well. Companies need to be shown they can't just make up their own rules without consequences.

A word of advice to anyone considering Save Wizard;

You are better off buying the PS4 MAX version. Stay away from the online version because Save Wizard offers no support, or even a manual, on how to use their online service. All of their support is for MAX, and that's all. So avoid the headache and spend the extra money.
