Savills Sweden: Expect the worst service and still get dissapointed.

The apartment had a certain price in the ad, then when "I was selected as a candidate for the apartment", they told me to send them a confirmation that I canceled my current apartment before I can even see the contract. I asked to see the contract and the price was higher than the ad and then they told me the reason for the price increase is that the ad was published in 2024 (even though I applied august 2025), 8 months is too short notice I guess to update the ad. I asked to see the apartment they said they won't allow that, even though the apartment is vacant. I still signed due to apartment shortage in Sweden. After signing I asked for photos or visiting the apartment to measure some stuff and see the colors of the interior so I can prepare to buy furniture. They said they won't allow me to view the apartment, I already signed so I agreed to the apartment and they don't need to show it and if I feel like I need to measure something I should look at the floor plan. If you have any alternative, I would stay away from this company.

Great service

Karl and his team have been excellent throughout the process of selling our converted barn. He kept us up to date with the goings on lower down the chain, particularly approaching exchange. Can thoroughly recommend using Savills in Chelmsford.

Horrible company

Horrible company
Savills is by far the worst company I have ever come across. They have practically destroyed a building in Stockholm by not looking after it all. Leakage in the basement led to mold on stuff and clothes in the storages, they told me to put back wallpaper myself when it started hanging from the walls, promised lower rent after elevator stopped working for 2 months. I hope the authorities withdraw any license the might have that has anything to do to work with real estate.

Lord Lucan????

UK Savills. Loads of adverts half of them out of date and already sold so it appears there are loads of properties.
The chat icon appears immediately and your details are taken very efficiently.
You enquire about a property and the chat person knows nothing and refers you to the correct department. If youexpect a call back or e mail be prepared to employ a medium or private investigator as no one will.
If they do it will be the advert you will be enquiring about.
Max Mason could he be Lord Lucan ?????
I have been trying to purchase a commercial property for over a year maybe its because I don't want to spend millions.
If you cant be bothered with the little people put it in your advert Working class need not apply????

Don’t choose Savills as your land lord

It has been a year we live in Savills home renting. And I’ve never had such a bad hyresvärd in Sweden. First of all, the quality of building materials in general could have been better.

We pay for parking, but the door to garage is broken 50% of the time - which means free access to parking (our bike was stolen from there). It was reported multiple times but nothing happened.

At the same time everybody park their cars around the buildings in the yard, where children play and Savills don’t care about it. Even though people can’t park like this in Sweden.

It took almost a year to make area surrounding the building look nicer (including asphalt, and plants). I lived before in new produced block of flats and it took much shorter for other companies to improve the neighbourhood area). For about 6 months it was dust from these big machines every day.

It is the worst garbage room I saw in my life. People throw away litteraly everything - everytime I go there makes me feel depressed. Instead of solving this (cause of course it is a fault of some tenants as well), they simply reduced hours of access to the ”soproom”. So it still looks and smells awuful, but often you don’t even have access there if you have busy schedule (they are opened between 8-10 when the majority of people are at work, and then between 18-20 basically if you have go after work to meet your friends or work out you can’t even throw away your own garbage), sometimes I collect 5-6 bags of paper in my appartment which annoys of course just because i have life). I am very dissapointed and will never recommend this company to anyone. The reason I still live there is because it is not easy to find another appartment in Sweden.

Savills Vietnam is a joke of a company…

Savills Vietnam is a joke of a company led by @saigon_neil worst property management company in the world. You have people killing themselves in this building at City Garden and recently a wife just stabbed her husband to death here. Plus, they have no CCTV’s on the basement parking lot, collects parking fees and announces it to the resident as ‘park at your own risk’ when CHILDREN everyday are down there getting in and out of the vehicles. Joke of a company, never deal with these people and check Google Review for Savills Vietnam, it tells you the whole story.

Very poor service from Savills Putney

Very poor service from Savills. I have dealt with Savills in Knightsbridge who are superb in comparison. The property was not ready on handover and still is not sorted to date despite Savills knowing the issues for at least 2 weeks prior, Savills putney Leva and Millie have choose to ignore my emails. The garden was not done before we moved in and then they decided to send someone in a ford fiesta when it was raining, the driveway electric door is not working or single door and tried to send a company that has terrible reviews, one even metions that Savills wont use them anymore. I cant lock the front door. This company made excuses and wanted to come at 8pm as he had "broken down" after i refused due to light and it not been a 10 min fix i got calls from the manager arguing with me and even when i said it is too late the chap coiming called me to say he was 15 mins away at 8:15pm. I since sent a email to Savills stating that i do not want this company at the property and send another with a 2 hour fixed time slot but have had zero response. The service is at best poor. they have my money and signiture so they think that all is ok. I am now having to arrange my own contractor and bill/money claim it back from Savills.
