These people are slumlords

These people are not landlords, they are slum lords. I’m a wheelchair user that has been put into a house in such a disgusting condition, that I can’t cope physically or mentally with the things they do. Then they try gaslighting the tenants to make their disgraceful inability to function appropriately seem like it’s not their fault.
my poor little cat has had to have surgery to fix issues caused by the disgusting condition of the place. He has a serious congenital heart defect and the surgery put his life at great risk. He only has a half a life as it is. I’ve kept him safe and well for the 5 years of his life and he couldn’t even manage a year in this hovel. The vets are saying this home isn’t fit or safe for him.
I hope you hear that. This home isn’t fit for an animal.
I can take them torturing me for standing up for myself, and my goodness they have. They abuse power like they have all the right in the world to do so, but a poor, already struggling little cat doesn’t deserve this. See his poor little pic below. Who could hurt him??!! 😢
The floor boards and skirting boards are all soaked with urine and poo from the four cats the previous tenant had then were removed from their care by the sspca. The house stinks as you can imagine. One working heater. No skirting boards. You can see right outside from next to my bed. No working extractor fans and all my possessions are rotting. My mattress is all mouldy and the wooden bed slats are rotting with mould.
And if you have a disability? Stay well away. You will be treated like vermin. Actually I think they treat all tenants like vermin, but vulnerable people far worse, because they think they can get away with it.
They are hiding their abhorrent attitudes by fraudulently making tenants look responsible for their failings. Such things like hiding how often their tradesmen fail to show up with no word by adding it to the computer as a tenant cancelling. and they are abusing the complaint system to get out of doing any work.

It’s vulnerable people that can’t stand up for themselves that get hurt again.
They will just ignore all your emails. They will promise things and leave you sitting waiting while they do nothing they said they would. And YOU will be gaslit that they never said they would do anything.
I was desperate and took this place believing they would help me sort it. WRONG!!!
Please keep looking. Do t jump from the frying pan into the SBHA fire. Good luck.
❤️ plenty photos below, but you can’t send a photo of the smell of cat soiling.
Have a look at the kettle one. Would you want to drink brown water
If you have no choice but be a tenant, and my goodness you would really have to be desperate, then make sure you always have an impartial witness, or that things are in email/writing or record your conversations. So long as you are involved in the conversation. You cannot record a conversation that you are not directly involved with. So phone calls, home visits. Record it all. You will need it.
I’m now putting together a rock solid case because I did just that.
