Terrible customer Servies, brought a staple hammer from them first use it broke and they kept on saying they will send a replacement out but it never happened. Wasn't until I emailed them for the 5 time I got my mgot net back. Never again.

Not made in Britain, but a good quality DIY tower.
I am disappointed that the DIY tower is not made in Britain, as it clearly says on the website, but I'm pleased I did not return it for that reason.
The tower is good quality, well made, light, strong, and is perfect for the DIYer. It takes an hour or so to put all the bits together, but after that I was able to erect it easily and use it without any problems. I'm pleased with my purchase.
