The refund took little bit time because the client provided us a wrong bank details. the client tried to update this review but unfortunately he forgot the password ( as he created this email to just leave this review) . please check other reviews and you will see that the same client explain that the refund of his remain balance has been processed correctly .
For anyone reading this reply and still have some doubt we are ready to provide a proof of refund (unfortunately we can't join pictures in this reply )
