Went to see Carl Newman at scalp innovation in Swindon about 5 years ago . The SMP work he did on my scalp was Average but to dark , I was going to go back for some more work to rectify the SMP work he did for me , when I sent him an email stating I would like to go back for a top up on my SMP I said that could he make the SMP lighter and the front of the hair line more natural I got an email back from him saying he doesn’t do SMP work any more ?? I know this isn’t true and he is still trading to do SMP work . I Guess Carl Newman dosnt like the fact that by asking him to make my SMP more Natural he took that as a criticism and didn’t like me asking him to rectify his mistake , I won’t be visiting Scalp innovations in Swindon again and going to a better SMP provider elsewhere.

I genuinely can’t thank Carl enough for what he’s done for me. He’s given my confidence back and that’s huge. I used to be so self conscious due to losing my hair. I would wear a hat wherever I went regardless of the outfit. I felt like I needed to because I was so embarrassed by what people would make of my thinning hair and bald batches.
The treatment that Carl offers genuinely is life changing. That might sound silly but I honestly can’t tell you what it’s done for me. I can now walk around feeling confident and with a smile on my face. I would urge anyone who’s worried about going bald to get this treatment rather than a hair transplant. It gives you 100% results.
Carl was professional and knowledgable but most of all friendly. Carl made me feel at ease from our first appointment. I can’t thank Carl enough, I don’t think he truly knows what’s he’s done for my life. Thank you isn’t enough gratitude.

Had my consultation with Carl who explained everything in detail in a professional and friendly manner. Agreed the treatment and started my 3 sessions with Carl . I don’t live in Swindon, I come from Oxfordshire and Carl even organised taxis for me to enable me to catch my train home . I’m so happy with the results it’s given me my confidence back especially after a very traumatic time in my life . Carl was superb and even due to my hard scalp gave me a 4th treatment out of professionalism and kindness to give me more depth .

From the initial consultation this was an amazing customer journey. Carl made me feel relaxed and explained the procedure thoroughly answering all my questions. I knew I was in capable hands from that first meeting. I booked in with Carl after the first meeting and had three sessions scheduled. The first session I was a bit nervous but Carl's professional friendly manner soon put me at ease. The procedure is not painful, a little uncomfortable at worst. The results were amazing after three sessions however i had a couple of small areas which were not perfect, Carl invited me back in and "touched up" these areas without any extra charge. I am so happy with the end result my hairline and confidence are now fully restored. A brilliant experience with a brilliant company. If you are considering SMP Carl is your man.

Did a lot of research and Carl's name kept popping up!, Wanted to go with somebody who was ahead of their game, haven't looked back, brilliant service from start to finish and Carl is very professional.

So I had my head completed by Carl about a month ago , I've been so pleased with the results it's totally changed the way I look so much younger its given me alot of confidence back in how I look ! Carl made it comfortable an really I enjoyed the hole process , the price was fair agreed at the start , 3 visits I ended up going back for a 4th my choice to play with the hair line an Carl never charged me which I was fully expecting to pay 😀 he listened an advised , I'm sure i will visit him again in the future

I had SMP carried out at a branch of a well- known national clinic recently. Whilst I was happy with the result I wasn't ecstatic like most of the comments made by clients who have had this procedure carried out. I went to see Carl and explained my concerns (particularly over the hairline) and he gave me a thorough analysis of the errors made by the previous consultant and how he could improve the procedure.
I immediately felt at ease with Carl, he came across as professional and thoroughly knowledgeable about SMP. I went ahead with the adjustments recommended by Carl and needless to say I am now ecstatic about the result. I only wish I had gone to Carl in the first place.

I would highly recommend Scalp Innovations. Carl is a lovely guy and very professional, he talks you through everything and explains the options and the things you need to consider. He is open and honest. I cannot fault the work, he is a great technician and I am really happy with the result of having SMP.

Started losing my hair in my 20's and it took me until I was nearly 30 to take the step and shave it all off. Spent most of my adult life feeling self conscious about my look and always wearing baseball caps. Had a consultation with carl and everyone made me feel at ease. Decided to have my head done and it's the best decision I've made. Feel confident in myself and threw all my hats away as everyone compliments how good my head looks and how you can't even tell I've had it done. Highly recommend. Carl is brilliant and a top bloke. If you are thinking about having it done... STOP... Just go and get it

Can not fault Scalp innovations in anyway, brilliant service all round. Easy to talk to explained everything I would be going through and made me feel very confident in having this done. The results are amazing and I feel 100% more confident about my appearance!

Again, thank you for your warm hospitality, and hard and skillful work on the scalp micropigmentation you did for me over the Christmas into January period Scalp Innovations!! It still looks as great as the day it was completed and each day is still feeling novel....it has really been a character and confidence changer, although I always considered myself as being a fairly confident person, your work has just boomed that level of confidence ever higher. The scalp micropigmentation is a fantastic look which is low maintenance, especially suits anyone with a busy lifestyle, a complete look which is achieved in a few sessions and visually takes years of anyone, amazing, thanks and thanks again Carl!

Hospitality was amazing, I was fully aware of how the procedure would work and made to feel at ease.
The transformation to the look of my thinning hair was amazing and will last not like other treatments I have tried.
